1948-58 Oklahoma is #1 and 1993-97 Nebraska is #2. #3. Miami Hurricanes 1986-92. #4 Alabama 2008-present.
Oklahoma, Nebraska, Miami, USC, and Alabama are a handful of teams to post multiple "dynasties" on the Top 25 list.

Dive for the thrill, shoot for the kill.
Bama will be at #1 in about 4 years from now.
Whatever you say
at FSU being #10, 14 straight top 4 finishes with 10 win seasons. That will never happen again, easily top 3 in dynasties arguably number 1
I thought that one was a little too low.
FSU is the Atlanta Braves of college football.
Which of the dynasties on the list has the most upward mobility?
Certainly not arguably #1, but Chips is gonna Chips
Top 5 imo, probably #4 behind Miami's two runs and Bama's right now
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
The dynasties above you have both ended, if that's what you mean. I just don't see Bama bring on top for the next 4 years.
Sadly this is true, FSU lost too many title games and some in embarrassing fashion
That simply can't be overlooked, although the Florida wipe out wasn't as bad considering they did beat that same UF team that season
FSU needed to either win that Tennessee game or the OU game to really have a case for best Dynasty of all time

Well that is pretty stupid, they have shown no signs of slowing down and unless Saban dies or retires where are they gonna go ?
They'll be near the top. But I think they'll have a hiccup or two a year. Could quite possibly be wrong
Oh then I agree, I misunderstood you
I meant they are on pace for cementing the best dynasty of all time, they don't need to win it all every year to do so imo was what I was saying
I think they either win it all again this year or play for it all
And probably get 2 maybe more titles by 2017 depending on how long Saban sticks around
Oklahoma #1 isn't really fair. They had 150 guys on schollie. Great teams but much easier for them to dominate.
I Ain't got no Worries - Lebron James
It's so hard to win two let alone three or four in a row. Hell, ND came from nowhere last year to go 12-1. Other teams will be able to do that and quite possibly win it all. What happens if OSU isn't on sanctions last year? Is Bama even in the title game?
LULZ only two NC's that's why bro, The Buffalo Bills made the SB 4 straight times which will prob never happen again but it doesn't mean they are the best dynasty..
I would be shocked if Bama doesn't win the title this year, who is going to beat them?

They lost to the Aggies. It can be done
It doesn't matter if they lose one SEC game, I still think they will end up playing for the NC..
Should have been.. Thank Goodness we didnt have to watch that pansy fight. I agree overall with what you're saying but Saban isnt slowing up right now. I dont think its a stretch to say he could win 2 more in the next 5 years. thats 5 in 10-11 years. No one has ever done that.
I could see 2 in the next 5 but I don't see four straight
If that one loss comes in the SEC title game they won't play for the natty
Yes that's true but I don't see them losing in the SEC title game..
