"If you think ND and Clemson are equal then wouldn't one team playing them on the road and one team playing at home make the difference."
Yes playing at ND is tougher than playing at home, but I also took into consideration ND without Golson.
Utah St and UNC each return 15 starters, but Utah St has a 1st year head coach, assistant head coach, off coor and def coor. Seems pretty even.
ND also lost their 4 best offensive weapons (Eifert, WG, Riddick and Wood) along with some concerns in the interior of the OL. While they may equal Clemson on paper, I think Clemson has a far better chance at having the better season.

It wasn't convenient, I literally thought Utah st. was in the PAC, with the way he talks them up. It definitely hurts my point, which I will freely admit. Schedules are probably about even after adding those two.
CU > ND. maybe = for home game
Utah st. > UNC. Or I will take his word for it
Hawaii > CC
Still would like an answer on
Is Utah St. > SoCal in your opinions?
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Made me lol
Good, talking up Utah State makes me LOL too.
When Kiffin embarrassed Spurrier I'm sure you LOL'd too, huh?
Yep I LOL real hard when Kiffin was at Tennessee and the ensuing train wreck he left.
See we agree on something...watching UT fan go Children Of The Corn when CLFK bailed on them and their hopes was awesome!!
They were a train wreck when he got there, however, he still bent the Ol Ball Coach over before he got out of town. Sort of one of those take this before I leave, bitch moments.
I don't care about the comparison honestly. It's one of our weakest OOC schedules along with 2011 that I have seen. Sucks when great or even good teams say they don't want to play us for a home and home series, so we settle with BC and USU. Not exactly happy about it, even when we are down.
No doubt, all my UT friends were telling me to get on the Lane train.... Right before it left the station!
I'm glad you can take solace in your coach beating a good team.... I guess this makes you an SEC homer?
I agree. There are talks of us doing a yearly game with North Carolina in addition to our yearly game with Clemson. I'm really hoping that goes through, I would much rather play them then some crap team. Unless we go to a nine-game schedule.
Don't start going mental on me now.
The LAST thing I will ever be labeled is an SEC guy. My "hate" flows in this order:
Clemson is better than ND and I'd bet anyone who thinks otherwise for this season.
I already tried that in this thread, no takers.
So if I talk up Spurrier's national championships at Florida, I am a coattail riding SEC homer. But if you talk up Lane's one win against Spurrier you are an SEC hater. You can see how that would be confusing right?
I didn't really follow that.
This coming season, who do you think will be the better team? Not worried about last year.
Congrats...first time ever those words have been used together when discussing South Carolina College.
I would like to first thank Lou Holtz. Without you and a couple of Outback bowl beat downs of Ohio State, we would never of had the "gump"tion to hire Stephen Orr Spurrier (born April 20, 1945). Only then could we reach this pinnacle of college football from which we now look down upon you.
On a serious note, we are the new power of CFB.

That's a good one..
Allow me to retort.
When is the last time South Carolina lost to a 6 loss team in a bowl game?
Yep, you got us. We were bad.
Now we good, and you bad.
I'm not a USCe fan, but I love that Ric Flair gif.
He does that on the sidelines, its hilarious. Guy has the worst tan I have ever seen.
That's pretty sweet.
