They do, but for some reason Fedora feels the need to run a ZR from the shotgun over and over w/ Bryn Renner
Neither QBs have been nearly as good as their numbers. Both have been indecisive when they've had chances to make plays.
Mike Davis has really been the only bright spot for either team...other than Fedora's gameplan to make Clowney chase plays so much early.
South Carolina always looks like shit to start the season off.
I don't know what happened to UNC's defense. a couple years ago they had DTs, DEs, and linebackers that were NFL ready loading this roster. their defense looks like children
reminds me of 2009 FSU defense. tiny DTs and DEs getting blasted by OL that outweigh them by 40+ pounds
FSU Ambassador to the masses
I think Fedora's game plan is solid...if they'd play D
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
Reminds me of Miami's D last year.
they look worse
at least Miami had decent linebacker play
Their DC is now at OSU
its got nothing to do with the DC and everything to do with recruiting. they obviously haven't gotten it done if they are trotting out walkons and undersized player
ESPN's wearing out the promos as usual. I bet everyone has the Bama/Vatech start time burned into their minds.
Funny how Clowney is overrated after 2 quarters of play in 95 degree heat. I remember on the Michigan board last year (and through the first half of the bowl game) how they all kept talking about how Clowney isn't a game changer.
I don't care which team you pull for, he'd start for your team.
Oh but he tackled our smallest player while going unblocked
They gonna put the Ole Miss Vandy game on ESPN2?
Edit: Nevermind there's tennis on.

Three W's In My Life: Ward, Weinke, and Winston
Dude was double teamed and chipped the entire game and you had one of the best tackles in football.
You can pooh pooh that play all you want, but it was elite. And he wasn't unblocked. The blocker got beaten.
And you still lost.

I'm sure you guys ran right at him and didn't double team the true sophomore
He wasn't double teamed
Not sure what is so impressive about him form tackling a 5'9 170 lb guy though

The impressive part was the gigantic guy he blew by to be standing in the backfield before your midget RB got the ball.
True, but he was a great recruiter for them. He's helped us pull a few people out of that area (Michael Hill, Jamal Marcus) and without him we wouldn't have landed Von Bell
Butch taught him everything he knows...
Are you talking about the guy that wasn't blocking him, or the other guy that wasn't blocking him?
Yeah, you know I'm sure that was Michigan's plan - a running play where you don't block Clowney as he's lined up over the middle.
There's a difference between didn't block and couldn't block.
"Oh we only fumbled there because we wanted to fumble"
We both know THEY didn't game plan for him
