The best part of all this, was the number of USC fans bitching and moaning about when Chip Kelly reinstated Laggarrette Blount after Blount had sat out TEN GAMES of his senior season, even though Blount was not charged with any crimes for what he did.
Now USC is, literally, fielding felons who kill. Yet they cant help themselves and continue to defend anything that the school does. The land of class in Los Angeles.
Blount should have been kicked off the team for good with that chickenshit he pulled a few years back..
You want to take that back, or do you enjoy the taste of shit flowing out of your mouth?
Kiffin probably consulted with Mark Dantonio and then let Vehikite decide his own punishment.
He ended up being suspended for ten games. Which is ten more than USC suspends convicted felons.
1. Vehikite didn't kill anybody.
2. He's a 4th string fullback, so I doubt there will be any fielding going on as far as he is concerned.
What sanctions? Our 75 are better than your 85.
You have got to be shitting me. Georgia fan crowing about arrests and jail time.
Really? So that makes it okay to give convicted felons full ride football scholarships? His position on the depth chart?
You know, MOST schools have rules against allowing felons to play football. Not USC. Not anymore.
You mean like LaMike? Huff? Derron and Cliff?
Im sorry.....what felonies are you talking about there? Not one of those guys is a convicted FELON.
You should head back to law school and figure that out.
As long as Kiko Alonso, who broke down a woman's door in the middle of the night, AFTER a DUI arrest, is your starting linebacker, you don't have a leg to stand on. Oregon football players have committed a startling litany of crimes over the last few years. Vehikite is USC's only arrest in over 4 years.
Yes, really. The kid effed up, has since met all of his legal obligations, and now Kiffin has decided to give him a second chance by letting him continue to receive a free education at SC. It is what it is.
again...USC is allowing convicted FELONS back on the team. Even Oregon doesnt do that.
Looks like another perfect day.
Right so hitting women, driving drunk, driving high at 100 plus mph is so much more forgivable than what Simi did.
The kid paid his debt to society and probably won't even play this season but will get his degree.
Get off of your high horse jesus.
AlwaysMore is nothing but a fool spewing drivel. The art of deflection is beautiful.

Jail to second team: USC linebacker makes surprise return
Southern Cal linebacker Simione Vehikite returned to practice Wednesday after serving three months of a suspended jail sentence for felony DUI and identity theft. On Thursday, he was back on the Trojans' defensive depth chart.
Coach Lane Kiffin said Vehikite was back on the team -- and on scholarship -- when he met with media after Thursday's practice.
The timing of the addition of Vehikite is curious in that walk-on Will-Andrew was apparently told this week his scholarship wouldn't be renewed.
"He was fortunate to have one for a year," Kiffin told the LA Daily News.
Vehikite faced four felony counts, charges handed down in February but stemming from an incident seven months earlier, for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08 percent and causing injury, leaving the scene of an accident and identity theft.
He pleaded no contest in May and received three years probation and a two-year jail sentence. He served three months in jail this summer.
Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
The article was written by a sexually ambiguous hack named Scott Wolf who takes great pains to make USC look as bad as possible. He shows up at the end of practices and leers at the players while listening to conversations behind people's backs trying to get dirt on anything.
There is no way Vehikite has ever been above 3rd string in his time at USC unless it was for a game or two because of injuries.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
He's third string, on the basis of us not having enough linebackers for there to be a fourth string.
He had six tackles last year and we return all starters at his position. He's not back because he's a great player or because he's needed.
