As some of you might remember, I posted about a month ago saying that I was diagnosed with AML. Well I'm here to say that I am doing much better, and they think that with 4 more rounds of chemo (5 total) I might be able to call myself cured. I'm currently in the hospital undergoing my second round of chemo, and while I'm sick as a dog, I know that prayer is what has got me here with this great prognoses so if you all have a few more in you they'd be much appreciated.
Oh yeah, cancer does have some perks. Nick and Terry Saban signed a football and had it mailed to me. It was the first time in my life I was absolutely speechless.
I am glad you are doing better. Hang in there.
Stay strong man. You will beat your illness.

Mystic Man is an album by Peter Tosh. All songs were composed by Peter Tosh. It was released in 1979.
* Peter Tosh, born Winston Hubert McIntosh (19 October 1944 -- 11 September 1987) was a reggae musician who was a core member of The Wailers who then went on to have a successful solo career as well as being a trailblazer for the Rastafari movement.
Peter Tosh was born in Petersfield, Jamaica with a father and mother too young to take care of him. He grew up raised by his aunt, speaking out for those who could not fight for themselves. Nicknamed 'Stepping Razor', he began to sing and learn guitar at a early age inspired by the American stations. After an illustrious career with The Wailers and as a solo musician, he was murdered at his home during a robbery.

Thank you Noah! I would be glad to chip in. Let me know what I can do. rtraburn? Hang in there brother! Prayers sent!
RTABurn, want you to know I thought about you a lot when I was in the hospital for my surgery. Diagnosed with a brain tumor of the cerebellum almost three months ago and every time I got on tBB, I thought "If this guy can kick Leukemia's ass, I can handle this damn thing." I'm happy to say it's been two months since they safely removed the entire tumor and I'm better every day. I'll head back for a 6 month and 12 month scan to ensure it's not coming back, but I think I'm in the clear.
Keep on keepin', you'll be in my thoughts every time I get on tBB, head to the doctor, or touch my scar -- In other words, frequently. Stay strong, man.
Prayers sent and Godspeed with your recovery brother
Thank you so much Noah. That was totally unnecessary, but I am so appreciative of every form of generosity! It really makes you see how many good people are left in the world. I will make sure to keep you all updated.
