Ha No joke the best Football program in the State of VA can't even get that deal.. Man UVA fans are delusional today.
I'm much more optimistic about Brown than Hand. As for specific reasons as to why, I can't really say but between the sentiment on here as well as our mods it sounds like we're a legitimate player for Brown.
NoVa...did you go to FSU? I don't guess this has ever really come up.

Yes, it's frekking UVA. Is there seriously a team in that nation that wouldn't kill for a home an home with them, or a recruit in the nation that would rather go anywhere else?
You really are an idiot. We've played A&M (2), LSU(2), Bama (2), Boise, Nebraska(2), weve got Ohio State (2) coming up and Wisconsin....and those are just off the top of my head.
Not to mention we actually play in bowl games.
At least know what youre talking about before you open your mouth.
The only thing I can think of with the possible upgrade in scheduling is to hasten London's departure....it's the only legitimate reason.
funny he gives us crap for playing Bama and 3 cupcakes but they play UCLA and 3 cupcakes and thats a tough schedule?
get out of here playa.
Brown=UVA or OOS
"Just gotta keep balling out"
not biased or anything.....
So Blanding is a UVA lock and there is no way Hand goes to VT?
My first thought too. I was thinking, well that certainly is unbiased.
i was trying to edit but it wouldn't let me. once i looked at it i was like "no way" so heres my updated.
Hand=VT or OOS. if VT can put together a 10 win season it'll be tight
Brown=OOS. if UVA can at least go 8-4 (probably not with the schedule) UVA can get em
Blanding=UVA lock. deciding before the season so a sub par season doesn't matter
Kamara=UVA. think he will decide for UVA soon after Quin
Moss=OOS. instates started out hot (almost always do) but everyone is getting the sense of OOS. someone who said they've known him since he was 3 said OOS

Getting back to the original question:
Hand: VT or out of state (maybe Bama), but VT still has the edge
Brown: Tough to tell. I think UVA and UNC are on top now, but a lot will depend on where other 757 guys end up.
Blanding: UVA, FSU, UNC in that order. I understand it makes zero sense because we're a joke of a program right now, but UVA is definitely in front for Quin. Don't know if I would consider him a "lock" just yet, but I would be shocked if he ended up at FSU. He's just too close with all of our other 757 guys. Obviously Mizzell and him are very tight, but I think he's even closer with Tra Nicholson. He calls him his idol/hero.
Kamara: He's a UVA lock if Blanding commits to UVA. Those two are extremely close. If Quin goes to FSU, that will probably open things up for Jamil. If Blanding commits to UNC, I think Kamara follows.
Moss: A lot of UVA sources are optimistic, but I have a bad feeling about him. I think It's a toss up between Tech, an SEC team, and UVA (no order).
Holmes: Likely VT
Nnadi: UVa or VT. We've got a slight edge, but he's been back and forth a bunch.
Not looking to pick any fights with Hokies, Noles, etc. These are just my opinions.
Oakes feels strongly about this.......
Moss=VT or UVA
That sounds pretty accurate.
Like you say, a little favoring here, a little leaning there, but in all cases, a long damn time to go. I don't know how we could possibly be in better shape with Hand at this point, but he is the #1 target of every team that is after him. So, I give us maybe a 50-50 shot at this point, and that is probably inclusive of +10 points on the homer scale
Again Moss doesn't have either instate school on top right now. Long way to go in his recruitment but right now he'd be going OOS.
If he goes in state it will probably be VT.
Being worked on right now, take it up with your AD if you don't like it.
WAHOO 4 LIFE!!
We don't play TX San Antonio we canceled that when we thought the ACC was going to 9 conference games. If your going to call me out have your facts correct. That is why we are now looking at a home and home with Alabama.
Also you want to think your high and mighty you played at Duke two years ago in stadium that barley holds 35K.
How do you figure you are the best team in VA? You were 7-6 last year. ODU had a better year than both of us did.
I agree Moss heads out of state, he's made it clear in interviews that distance will not be a factor in his college decsion and kinda hints that he wants to go away.
And that series was set up at the beginning of the Shula era. You won't get a home and home from us, period. We wouldn't even play that pathetic program in a neutral site game.
You really want to argue who has the best Football program in the state?
Distance won't be a factor persay but he doesn't want to go too far from home. expect him to stay on the east coast. If Bama offers I think its over but I also don't expect that to happen.
Jeez thats a pathetic argument. So you had 3 cupcakes but cancelled one, got it. We have a better chance beating Bama next year than you do playing them.
