Mountie getting taken to the woodshed. Love it.
I bet Mountie gets taken to the "woodshed" in Minecraft as well. Probably why he plays it.
It's okay, it's cool that y'all don't get Minecraft. It's not for everyone. And by everyone, I mean cotton headed ninny mugginses.
They don't understand the brilliance. But seriously.... I have no materials. At all. I have a sweet pad that I made under the homestead, but no materials to do anything with. I'm about to go out and get some more trees to start over on the materials. Won't take too long.
You sound just like the people that try and convince everyone that soccer is good.
I'm downloading the BL2 DLC. You knew I couldn't stay away.
Forgot about that. I left my PS3 downloading it. Probably finished hours ago.
So, Mountie is European? It all makes sense now...
That just sounds full Elton John
The Walking Dead: The Game is so amazing, I love it.
If you loved Heavy Rain, you will love this game.
Go Blue and Go Titans!
More like a dungeons and dragons master telling us all about his epic quest to retrieve the magical wood and enchanted stone.

I've got something to say! It's better to burn out than fade away!
Everyone ITT has played Skyrim. Just, you know, pointing that out.
D&D is a FAR cry from Skyrim, as is Minecraft. Also, gonna point out I haven't played Skyrim.
He was referring to things like getting wood and enchanted stone or whatever. He wasn't comparing DD.
Anyway sf2k4, I have started digging beneath my pimp pad. Started the digging right inside of it actually. Haven't ran into anything yet, but still working.
I shall continue tomorrow when you turn the connection back on. Right now I'm looking for a survival island to play on the minecraft forums. You can find so many great seeds there.

Nice. I just took the server down for the night. I'll fire her back up in the morning when I start work.
Is it really? A fantasy setting, mythical creatures, using magic... Skyrim is just one of the many ways we've "de-nerdified" D&D.
Granted there are similarities, but the difference is still quite large. First and foremost being I am guessing you don't put on your own home made mage robe to play Skyrim.
Also, stop taking the fun out of busting Mountie's balls over this losing his wood tale he shared.
Went out and got 64 more wood. Got me some cobblestone, and am now exploring the depths of the world. I was lucky and had about 60 coal stashed away in a chest, so I have plenty of torches. I'm good to go!
Not going far from the homestead until sf2k4 is in there with me. Not getting lost again.
Which reminds me, I'm thinking about building a lighthouse on that flat piece of land by our homestead. Would help if I get turned around, which happens from time to time
Was thinking the same. Also going to build us a Nether portal.
I have never traveled to the nether. I have watched videos, but never went myself. Never was able to get the materials needed.
It takes forever to get enough obsidian, mostly 'cause you need a diamond pickaxe and it still takes a while to mine it out.
WTF is wrong with you? Skyrim is my favorite game of all time.
There are a few reasons I never played it. I played Oblivion and learned Elderscrolls games are too open world for me to really get into and finish. After about 50 hours I lost focus on it and got into other games. I just prefer a more story driven game when it comes to a single player RPG. Also, didn't want to spend $60 on what I had seen to be an extremely buggy PS3 version of a game I knew I would lose interest in, and my PC isn't a very good gaming rig.
Anybody play DmC yet? Wondering if it still feels like and has the difficulty of a Devil May Cry game.
