greader... I understand his gripe a little though. Anyone else see it and agree or disagree?
Wilbon is a hack
This 8th grade kid is about to get a ton of ass. Being on SportCenter or PTI in 8th grade? The white women will be flocking IMO.
"Because Bama now sucks just like FSU used to suck when we were getting dominated by OU. Does it make sense now?"- Sliger (FSU Fan)
Wilbon hates cfb
But I guarantee you he was elbowing people out of the way to suck LBJ's anus when he was an 8th grade prodigy

No he isn't
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
I don't have a problem with it. It's an offer, it isn't a commitment of any kind. Coaches just want to get on a kid and be among the first to offer because that means a lot to some kids. If I had to guess, Saban told him he just wanted him to keep Alabama in mind but didn't want him to even consider committing yet. It's a harmless gesture.
Yeah he is. In a good way though. I enjoy him.
He's only a hack because goes in on notre dame from time to time...
Without self-knowledge there is no individuality
When said 8th grader is 6'0 205 and runs a sub 4.5 40 and has the film he does(granted against 8th graders) they're gojna get offered. The kid is a stud and if he's worthy then no issue with offering him. Where's the bitching about Sill or the kid committed to Washington as an 8th grader?. Basketball teams offer 8th graders on a regular basis.
His comments were staged.... He and Kornheiser play good cop bad cop at times to generate interest just like this situation. I say who cares, the kid is twice the size of his classmates, lets wait and see how good he is when people the same size are hitting him.
I loved the highlight where he just pushed the little white kid and the poor kid went flying then fell on his ass
His videos are hilariously funny
Must be so fun for him out there
GET AT ME
As a fan of USC, I have to ask what took so long?
I think Kiffin had to impersonate a 5th grade DARE officer to get in with David Sills.
Wilbon is one of the most respected men in sports
Teein' Off on Links
Yup, and for good reason
He still doesn't know shit about CFB
Even if that were true, offering kids who haven't even graduated junior high is terrible. Let these kids be. They are going to grow up the same speed as everyone else. I'd like to see teams wait until kids have played a season of HS football before they even think about offering.
Keep the DVs coming, I love that I can be the part of your weird fetish.

He doesn't give a shit about CFB, cause it sucks and I agree with him for the most part
Too much bullshit involved and he is a pro sports guy and always has been
No - he is a hack because everything with Wilbon turns into a race issue....
No way he runs a sub 4.5. Look at the NFL combine and see how many players run 4.5 AFTER college. He's in 8th grade.
Really? Wilbon is okay. But let's not go overboard.
Not by NFL players or coaches...
How do you know this?
Did it at LSU's camp this summer witnessed by the LSU mods here, Gerry and Perroni. He's legit at that speed. Of course that's hand timed but honestly at the combine the electronic times have been questioned on their accuracy for years. Scouts don't even use the official times. They use their own which are hand timed. Regardless even if his sub 4.5 is not legit, he is in the range and as an 8th grader that's smoking.
