Sure I'll t bag.. I mean bet you
Relax buddy. Although u have a great D don't act like ur QB will light us up. I think u guys have a terrible QB. Although I think Bama will win. It will not be a blowout.
AJ is on his way to being a great QB. I'm not saying he is going to light you up but to think he is terrible is ignorant
Sorry I leave the longwinded posts to you
well turn in your Maize and Blue card my fair-weathered friend
I guess nearly 67% completion with a better than 3:1 TD to INT ratio isn't your thing. Those are pretty nice numbers playing in the SEC, plus he had a pretty darn good game against an LSU D that is heads and shoulders above what UM is going to be putting on the field next year.
Then again, they say arrogance and ignorance go hand in hand . . .
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Not being fair-weather, just being realistic. I’m also trying to save one of my fellow Wolverines from some embarrassment, but you do you. BAMA fans are ruthless.
Wow nice stat line. When u run the 2 times for every 1 throw and can run effectively than play action will work well. If u don't have Richardson running as well as he did could this guy pick apart a D? I think not. The kid isn't that good. Plain and simple. Am I saying Denard is great? No def not. But do I think Denard can make more plays than A.J.? Without a doubt in my mind. If we can find a way to haunt ur running game than I don't think he's good enough to make plays. Just my opinion. Ignorance or arrogant no.
Eddie Lacy is a very good RB. He may not be Trent Richardson, but their power running game will kill our DL.
Time will tell. That isn't my point. Their QB simply isn't good without the play action. That is my point. If any team can slow the RG then I don't think he can win a game by himself. That's all. Not attacking Bama or the fan base. Just giving my opinion of their QB. I shouldn't have said terrible because that is not accurate. But to me he is average.
Our play call was about 50% each to my own dismay. I wish we would have run it 67% of the time but the whole notion of us just being a running team is completely inaccurate
We have a balanced offense
I disagree. I just went and looked at each of ur games and it was more than 50/50.
He threw the ball slightly more than 25 times per game. That's a pretty solid number for a pro-style guy.
Halting the Alabama running game is more than just "They don't have Richardson so they'll be bad". Replacing 3 of 4 DL members is just not a good match-up for UM, and what I saw more often than not against LSU is that McCarron had an great pocket. Given that Bama returns 4/5 OL starters and UM's pass-rush is most likely not going to be as good as LSU's was last year, the chances of UM being able to pressure McCarron via front-4 pressure is not great.
You use a lot of zone blitzing, which is a nice way to fool inexperienced QBs, but McCarron is a veteran now. I don't see a ton of match-ups going UM's way in this.
Bama ran 508 times out of 865 offensive plays. You ran 58% of the time.
You went through and looked at every game and the distribution of plays in each one?
Also add in that most games were well in hand by the time the 4th quarter rolled around = us being around low 50 percentage
I agree. I wasn't saying at all u guys don't have a good RB to take his spot. I'm just saying if we with our DL can get pressure and stop the run we have a very good chance. I think our secondary should be good not great. If our big DT signee Pipkins can come right in and be a beast it would give our D a big boost.
Not u guys but Bamas guys
Yea but you're asking a true freshman to come in against 4/5 OL from the defending national champions.
There is no way he is physically ready to play right off the bat
I fully agree. But there's always hope.
We also have 5* bust Will Campbell who we r praying can finally do something his senior year.
Yea but rich rod screwed with that dude so I understand why he hasn't had a chance to succeed yet.
I think our OL vs your DL will tell the tale of this game.
Best case scenario is y'all score 17 IMO
How much of ur D did u guys lose?
I agree. I think you guys wear us down and put the game away late 3rd or early 4th quarter. Don't think it will be an embarassing ugly beat down though.
You guys still debating this? Save your energy. Lots of time between now and then. Hell, Saban could interview for 3 different positions by the time kick off rolls around.
