I recommend the Mr Clean Autodry gun. Spot free with never having to hand dry. You do have to buy a filter for it but it last for a while. I would think any rag or sponge would work just make sure your spray down the car first really well especially around the wheel wells. Simple Green works great on the tire and rims. Also recommend using Meguiars Quick Detailer.JMO
Urban 2 Hoke 0
With the Mr. Clean does it not leave spots even on black? I never knew anybody that used so I was always skeptical of trying it.
I love this thread. Appreciate everyone participating.

Appreciate it man. I've got a ton of good subjects left in the bag, just trying to spread them out some.
company car is a honda
personal car is a toyota avalon limited

looking for a weekend convertible to play with in the 6500-15000 range.
jags, mainly...any thoughts on 97-06 jag convertibles?
the 07's and up are sweet...just a weekend car.
2005 CHEVY TAHOE
Pros - Comfortable on long trips, reliable, safe.
Cons - fuel economy = 18 mpg in mixed driving
Fun car - 2007 BMW 335i
Pros- torque comes in low, handling is good, looks good,
Cons - harsh ride, parts are expensive, shit breaks on it from time to time.
i was looking hard at bmw convertibles 07 and up, like the hard top convertible. but my friend convinced me to keep the avalon and by a cheaper weekend convertible. love the 335 convertible...wish the 6 series had hardtop convertibles.
I like them as well but they are so much heavier than the coupe or sedan. They are pretty though.
I have owned two convertibles. Both s2000s. The most fun I have ever had driving a car period. Cheap thrills.
Same with my grandma. She has a 06 Acura TL and only 12,000 miles. She lives right down the street from my mom and dad so about 10,000 of those miles have been put on by my mom. She literally doesn't drive because she has my mom to drive her and she is too afraid to drive (probably a good thing for everyone) because she gets dizzy often. I'm hoping it will be my graduation present next year.
As for me I drive a 04 Ford Explorer. Pros it is a good size SUV and has been very reliable. Gets decent gas mileage. Cons the back part is made out of plastic and the Florida heat caused it to crack.
I like the M5, too, but I've always had a soft spot for the M3. And you're right, I could get any year of the E46, but a friend had a 2002 specifically so I always told myself I'd get THAT car.
Man, 10 DVs for saying I own a Scion. Or for saying I plan to buy a Mazda. Either way, y'all some bitches.

Mainly runs on ramen and vodka/whiskey.
Go Blue and Go Titans!
It's because deep down we know that you want that mazda to be a miata...and we'll have no part in that.
Guy I used to autocross with had a Miata as his track car. Thing was fast as fvck and just hugged the road. Drive whatever you want, I don't give a sh!t.
thats not oil (:
for sure, just hard to argue with a platform like the S62. here is a short clip, 50 roll against a built evo on 30psi of boost.

I used to drive a chipped F350 dually as a work truck... Whenever I'd pull equipment with it you could blow smoke for days haha always funny covering someone walking down the sidewalk with that black smoke
Dive for the thrill, shoot for the kill.
I drive a '05 Pontiac GTO
Pros: Great car to drive
Comfortable during long drives
Turns some heads
Cons: MPG 18/25
Sucks during winter driving
'Respect All Fear None."
Ford F-150, Platinum Edition
Pros- loaded and comfortable
Cons- it's hard to park
Pros- good on gas(have a long commute to work) and has all options
07 Camry(wife and fam)
Pros- it's like a boat
Cons-it's like a boat
71 chevy c10
Cons-cost lost of money to maintain and drive
What you eat, don't make me shit.
Very fast car
Digging the 71', I have a 53 GMC that's been a project truck.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
Yes, she is. While I don't really run her hard often top speed so far has been 158mph. However, since I am currently serving overseas she is being stored. I can't wait to be behind the wheel again.
