Oath Before Orders
Just had it in yesterday for winter maintenance. Still running like a dream! And new wiper blades to boot.
Wife - 2013 Explorer
2012 Toyota Uparmored Land Cruiser
Likes: good fuel economy from the diesel engine, crawl anywhere in 4wd low, immune to small arms fire
Dislikes: doors heavy as hell, windows won't roll down, no height adjustment in front seats. Not fit to take on long missions (IED would obliterate).
Seriously (above is true, but...)
2010 Toyota Tacoma 4wd, 4dr
Likes: good reliability, good fit and finish
Dislikes: front seat sit too low, ventilation fan out of balannce (will be on my 3rd one when I get back from deployment - only issue though), meh fuel economy (15-21 depending on % highway), IS ISN'T MY DODGE RAM that I traded in.
Previous (god I miss it, traded it in b/c I got rid of my 5th wheel trailer)
2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Megacab Laramie 4wd (loaded, rear DVD player, moonroof... every option)
Likes: Diesel engine, fuel economy for what it was (same as the Tacoma 15-21), enormous room inside. Easily ride 4 men (6'+, 200+ pounds). I'm 6'3" and 235 and I could adjust the front seat for me and then sit behind in the back seat with several inches of leg room. Maintains resell value (I paid for it out of per diem as a PM for a large construction firm) - it paid for my 2010 Toyota and a good downpayment on my wife's 2011 Toyota Highlander, pull anything I wanted. Cruise for 500+ miles on one tank and get out and feel great (comfort of seats high enough that my knees were not above my hips).
Dislikes: traded it, the problem with the EGR/DPF until they finally figured it out, no problems since the last flash to the ECM. Too big for most garages in-town and a lot of them in houses (with mirrors > 8' wide). Getting rid of it was a DUMB MOVE.
2006 Yukon Denali. For Sale Soon.

05 Infiniti G35
Things I like:
6 speed transmission
Things I don't like:
only takes premium
gas mileage is iffy
low pro tires are expensive
I was going to put a witty joke here, but I forgot bama fans still use picture books. So I thought I'd expedite the process for you...
Wow, I got downvoted for channeling my inner Ric Flair. Lord...

Cool story, bro. Sorry you have to compensate for your shortcomings through your car / truck.
lol that looks like it would get terrible gas mileage.
