It was more of a pre-cut...
Ha ha ha your first week on it you shhht a ton... Like where did all that come from? I'm drinking fggkin juice!?!
It wasn't the cut itself. It was mostly to get your body used to less food, somewhat, and get through a good 5 lbs while never being hungry...
But man, do you shhht a lot on it

It's called fiber, something virtually all processed food is almost completely devoid of.
Back then i used to eat lots of fiber...
Is it just the increase in fiber?
A lot of things could increase peristalsis; fiber, exercise, even caffeine. But if you all of the sudden went to a diet which was composed of only veggies and unprocessed grains, my first inclination would be the roughage.
beer wars was good

1. The Wild and Wonderful Whites of Boone County, WV
-Hands down best documentary, most entertaining.
-Definitely a must if you haven't read/seen it yet.
I work in the produce industry, there are parts that are obviously blown out of proportion, but the part about the seed companies is scary and true. Another part to pay attention to is the amount of meat processors and how much of the industry they control. No one in the produce industry wants mainstream America to know how they get their food.

two movies about our countries educational system. They are pretty depressing when you think about urban education in the richest country in the world.
If anybody lives close to where some film festivles come, see if "Dying to Do Letterman" is showing, I know the producers and subject of the documentary... its pretty funny and pretty heartbreaking

I'm a big finance guru so I really enjoyed the "Smartest Guys in the room". A documentary based on the events that occured when Enron went down. I highly reccommend it to everyone, it's great.
The King of Kong is my favorite by far. You should look at what has happened after the film. The record has been broken 3 or 4 more times.
Also, I can't believe you busted out Pumping Iron.
King of Kong A Fistful of Quarters.
Those are some solid picks. +1
that was an awesome documentary
just pure craziness
