ND taking Manti Teo tells me all I need to know about theu "tough" admissions
D'onofrio is just a pawn. This is Al Golden's team and Al's defense. Al's the clown. Dorito's just the floppy shoes.
See what you attempted to do, but Te'o was an academic all american.
doesnt.. mean... sh!t.
The irony of forgetting the "win"
Kinda does. I'm not the domer trying to say we have Stanford's admissions because no other D1 team does, I'm just saying he could've picked anybody else besides Te'o or Golic Jr.
I'm watching the Heat game so I'm distracted.
Rutgers is a state school
What is happiness? The feeling that power is growing, that resistance is overcome.--Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
That should tell you everything you need to know about the OP.
it wasnt Teo (he could actually tackle the books), the issue was always trying to get his girlfriend enrolled.
the ND Admin said they couldnt see her in their school.

I take it you've never had the pleasure of reading a RutgersAl post based on your response. You should google him.
To be fair, taking Kona Schwenke says the same about ND. He is one of the least academically gifted individuals I've ever met.
Sorry people were talking about it on the first page so I added to list. Don't know much about the school and didn't research it so I went by what people said.
Cutcliffe has to wrap up a elite QB sooner than later. He has the best sales pitch of any coach in college football right now. What other coach can say two elite HOF QBs, both in the top five QBs in the NFL for the decade go to him personally every year to be tutored?
Peyton Manning is throwing to Wes Welker this week for the first time as teammates and the quarterback told ESPN Senior NFL Insider Chris Mortensen on Wednesday that he already making a connection with the star receiver.
Ahhhh - that's what Tutors are for. Aaron Lynch complained constantly that his academic advisor and tutor were on his back to study nightly. Sure ND has accepted some kids who may have been questionable upon entering - but you guys are either naive or just hating - because you have no clue what the academic requirements are for student athletes once enrolled at ND.
The human brain is an amazing thing if pushed to reach it's full potential. The key is actually going to a university that places a priority on the "Student" in Student Athlete.
OP have you seen Miami's new facilities? They're very very nice. The borrowed football stadium is getting a major overhaul as well. IJS.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
Still missing that gameday atmosphere on campus, nothing like having an on campus stadium. Creates such a cool atmosphere
Meh. When Miami games are near capacity the atmosphere is just as good. Plus you don't get that half time headache from not drinking.
Rutgers is the state university of NJ. Not private at all.
What about UVA?
I'm kidding. They had 2,500 people at their spring game for crying out loud.
They need to do what Pitt is doing and just hold their spring game at a local high school. Sad.
