Why So Serious?
I would really like to see AU12 answer this and break it down for us since he is the one who brought it up and apparently believes that. I hate to have you defend something that you don't really believe in. Of course if you want to break it down giving us the year, record, bowl/result, and the selectors that named you champion, I would be interested.
Honestly, and I mean this with the utmost respect toward you and him both, I don't give a shit.
Lets see the 9. 1941 bama is bogus. Could easily claim undefeated 44 and 66 but don't.
49-0 has the tiggers a little butt hurt
Tennessee and it ain't even close. I cheer Auburn gladly over them everytime. I wouldn't care if it was our benefit if UT lost.
Not sure if you read the OP, because you answered a completely different question, haha.
i'm still waiting for auburn's 9 titles...
I prefer the ladder. Seeing there fans begin the celebration just to steal away the win is very special. Not only does that win feel good but seeing my rival sit there in shock and anger is pretty special.
Although there are some teams that after the way the last few years have gone, I would get a huge satisfaction out of seeing us beat the day lights out of em.

"Give him six" "We don't give a damn about the whole state of Alabama" "Grit N Grind"
JamEz BrOoKz math made easy....
*+* = 2**
as for the OP's question this was enjoyable.
These are the highlights of the 2012 Iron Bowl between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Auburn Tigers where the Tide shut out the Tigers.
Nice ill video.
Tds in 2012 iron bowl in one quarter...amari cooper 2
Offensive tds the last 2 iron bowls....... Auburn. 0.
Blowouts are always fun
I just read back through here and see that you are still waiting for my response... you really have no life to get trolled that badly... keep waiting though.. please
Dive for the thrill, shoot for the kill.
I prefer spotting them 24 points then coming back and beating them by 1 in their house.
Alabama fans love Alabama football
Auburn fans love Auburn University
i would to if i hadnt scored an offensive TD since.

agreed it has been epic offensive failure
Blowouts are the ones you remember imo. Weve been in the receiving end of too many the past few years.

I think it's funny that AU fans are still clinging to this. I thought after losing the last 4/5 IBs, three of them being absolute beatdowns, you guys would just try to ignore these discussions until the shoe was on the other foot, but nope. I was surprised to hear the 7/11 IBs talking point though haven't heard that one in a while and thought it had been dropped since Alabama is in a run, good stuff.
not once , twice ...2011 & 2012 but you're getting closer
well you dont have much of a choice lately.
we have lots to choose from 28 point beatdown at missy dye's daddy's field or 49 point clubbing that i tivod and went on an amazing fishing trip over that weekend, stopped in an east tennessee pub during the game and had an enjoyable time.
beatdowns are more preferable because they truly show the discrepancy between the two programs.
good summary of auburn football in recent years.
mens natty's this year...Bama 2
conference wins football for aubie...zero
