Those are really sweet rifles...I had an opportunity to see and handle a bunch of the Steyr models when a class I was in during High School got the red carpet tour at the museum at Aberdeen Proving Grounds by that fat bald guy who is always on the History Channel. The place had walls and walls of every rifle and experimental rifle pretty much ever made. Place was legit.
Do you like the AUG because of the bullpup design?
It is actually a M1A SOCOM 16 with a Troy Industries chassis
FSU Ambassador to the masses
One of the main reasons, even though I am naturally left handed, I shoot right.. or I'm sure I would hate the AUG because of the bullpup design ... hot lead in the face hooray!
Whats actually awesome about that rifle is that it is ambidextrous. There is a way to switch the ejection port, I cant remember how but i think it is just as simple as moving the dust cover/port cover whatever you want to call it to the other side. Im a lefty also...I grew up shooting right handed until the Army told me that i was more screwed up than a football bat. haha
I did not know that. Pretty awesome though.
and LOL @ football bat.
Big fan of the AUG as a smaller guy. I like the weight shifted back into the stock weld. Also a big fan of the term "football bat", apparently some terms are appropriate in every branch.
Here's my two latest additions, the -15 has a Red X Arms upper, and the Sig is the newer 2022 9mm which I'm enjoying immensely.
Next purchases: Glock 26 for CCW and Remington 700.
You should really check out some HKs for CCW, maybe I am biased, but I can't stand glocks lol.
Beautiful "AR" though, haha.

Not at home so I can't provide pictures. Have an old sks with the bayonet attached. Old 16 gauge double barrel shotgun. .44 like Dirty Harry. A .270, 30-30, and two shotguns. Nothing exotic.
Havent seen a FAL in a long time. They're cool, but I was never a fan of actually trying to be accurate with one hahaha.
I've got to get a scope on it tomorrow. Local farmer wants us to exterminate some feral hogs that are destroying his fields this weekend.
oh hell yea.
The whole collection.
Smith and wesson m&p 40
Browning a bolt 338 mag
Remington 597 22 mag
Remington 1187 12 gage
savage 7 mag
Remington 7400 .270
Very nice, I don't have pics of mine all together. Always get worried people will try to break in and steal it while I am at work haha.
Luckily I have crazy pits.
I just got into the AR style guns a few months ago. Once these morons stop paying me 3x what the ar's are worth come to their senses, am going to pick up an AR-10 and build an AR-15. Been looking at some 1911 style .45s too
I have 7 different 1911s lol. Kimbers (sub, compact, and 2 full size), the stainless Nelson Ford S&W I posted, and a springfield TRP.
Love the checking account information.
I love that NA 22mag. I keep mine in my pocket everywhere I go.
yea id shut that account down fast.
I've lost my check book before anyway.
