I'm a Miami fan, so I can be here for a LONG time....
Kyle Wright, Willie Williams and Jammi German for starters. Wright was #1 QB coming out and German was the USA Today Defensive player of the year. All three were GOD AWFUL.
One group of backs we had Bobby Washington, Andrew Johnson and I forget the other dude and they were ALL garbage.
Derek Williams was the number 1 recruit in the nation, certainly didnt play like it
“If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.” ― Haruki Murakami
Dorian Bell, Curtis Grant, Alex Boone (sucked when he was in college), Connor Smith, Eugene Clifford, and Melvin Fellows to name 1 or 2. It seems Ohio State excels more at producing superstars from 3 star talent than getting 5 star players to reach their full potential. At least that's how it was under Jim Tressel. We'll see what Meyer's staff can do.
Man, coming out of high school, I thought he was going to be better than Jerry Rice!
Kevin Grady, Sam McGuffie, Will Campbell, Boubacar Cissoko, there's a good amount.
Brandon Miller. Akeem Hebron.
Most recently BJ Scott, but he was vital in landing Julio & others in the '08 class so I'll never be that upset he didn't pan out.

We had a 5-star DT back in the Pat Hill era named Donnell Booker (sp) who came to Fresno State to stay close to his GF....he didn't do shit.

Willie Green rb, from Osceola.
Mr. Florida Football for 1999, Florida USA Today Player of the yr, and Parade All-Am.
Cameron Colvin is probably the first one that comes to mind. The #2 WR in his class I believe and showed flashes but never live up to the ranking for sure.
Lache Seastrunk is another one. Could never crack the rotation despite his athleticism and ranking.
Curtis White was an in-state guy that could have been a monster at TE/DE but could never get healthy. Now at Montana.
All-seeing instrument. Supreme perception. Omnifocal accumulator... Its gaze upon the blind. Information divinity by man designed.
John Brantley and Will Hill
Demetrius Summers, Derek Watson, Ricardo Hurley
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Not fair to say Brantley. Meyer absolutely ruined that guy. I believe if he was coached up as a freshmen in the right system he would've been a good one. I'd compare him to Aj Mcarron.
But for fsu it is Xavier lee. Dude had unreal potential and a cannon but was dumber than bricks and absolutely no work ethic.
Whatever happened to Jonathan Dowling ?
Can't forget Drew Henson or Marques Slocum
Without self-knowledge there is no individuality
I hope I'm wrong, but George Farmer could give him a run for his money.
