I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to my fine Bama brethren. Until I discovered USC, Jr fans I mistakenly thought you guys took the cake on the ancient history stuff.
"So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth."... Rev. 3:16
I liked the opening premise of this thread. Someone likes the PAC because each team has had a period of time when they didn't suck something awful. I bet no other conference can say that..

Title belongs to Michigan IMO.
Have your AD give our AD a call...I'm sure we'd be willing to give you guys another opportunity. That is if you can squeeze us in between:
and heaven help you guys if you blow your chance against WAZZU. Hey looky there...you squeezed a BCS team in there.
Way to go!
Yeah, I know. I've been voicing my displeasure. I'd rather win or lose against USC than beat WSU.
Unwise to play them imo. Zero upside. You win and no one cares. Lose and you're the laughingstock of America. Again.
Well it looks like we have an open date for the 2015 & 2016 seasons now that aTm decided to not sign the contract to play USC. Looking at Aubbie's future OOC slate, you have a bunch of open dates.
That's right, aTm, backed away from the table when push came to shove. Typical SEC behavior. Didn't take them too long to memorize the SEC version of Mein Kampf.
The Texas A&M Aggies have announced future football series with the USC Trojans in 2015 and 2016 and with the Oregon Ducks in 2018 and 2019.
Texas A&M has added ULM to their 2014 football schedule. We have also learned that a contract for TAMU's series with USC in 2015-16 was never finalized.

Nice article, JC. I think most fair-minded observers would agree with you. That's what sucks about SC's sanctions: they have the national recruiting chops and the pick of California to win against the SEC at the line of scrimmage. I don't think you can really make an argument for the BIG 10, Big 12, or the ACC being stronger than the Pac-12 top to bottom. Not sure which of those conferences I would choose as the next strongest.
Also, rarely will you see a Pac-12 team schedule some joker FBS school. Whenever I see someone from the SEC schedule DeVry, it makes the angels cry.
“Close tax loopholes that allow some of the truly wealthy to avoid paying their fair share,” Reagan vowed.
Replacing USCw with ULM is an upgrade as far as todays college landscape is concerned
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
"A spokesman for the USC athletic department told us last night that “there were very preliminary discussions between the schools, but nothing ever came of it.” Officials at Texas A&M have not yet returned a request for comment.
The same 2009 release also stated that Texas A&M would travel to Oregon in 2018 and host the Ducks in 2019. An Oregon official confirmed there is a signed contract and that the games are currently scheduled for Sept. 15, 2018 in Eugene and Sept. 14, 2019 in College Station."
Where in the link that you posted does it say aTm was the reason the game never got finalized? Not sure why they wouln't play a lesser PAC12 team when they are already set to play the league's elite program.
In 2012 the Pac 12 teams played the following
South Carolina State
Clearly its rare
What type of programs are the following? (2013 schedule)
Northern Arizona, UNLV, UTSA, Sacramento St, Portland St, Central Arkansas, Fresno St, Nicholls St, San Jose St, Army, New Mexico St, Hawaii, Utah St, Weber St, Idaho St, Southern Utah, and Idaho.

Clearly they are all world beaters
Everybody in america schedules pretty similar, all of college is a joke show in terms of scheduling because you have to be to some extent
Its why college football freaking sucks right now
I think it's safe to assume that it was SEC aTm that decided to run from the big boys based on their AD's "announcement" just a few short years ago.
“I am happy to report we will be adding two west coast schools to our football schedule, the USC Trojans and the Oregon Ducks,” Texas A&M Director of Athletics Bill Byrne said. “When you combine USC and Oregon with the non-conference games we have planned with Arkansas, SMU and others in the coming seasons, I think our future football schedules will be challenging and highly entertaining.”
Texas A&M has never played against Oregon. Against the USC Trojans, the Aggies are 0-3. In their last match-up in the 1977 Bluebonnet Bowl, USC won 47-28.
USC's history says we play anyone and everyone.
Did they decide to " run from the big boys " when they joined the SEC too ?
Its cute you still consider a 7-6 USCw to be a big boy of college football
They are still playing the big boys. It's the USC game that's in question. Not the Oregon game.
Still no link saying why the games never got signed, BTW.
I said FBS schools. Many of those listed are not (hell, Utah St finished ranked). Want to dig up every non-conference schedule for the SEC?
Spin it however you need to to sleep better at night. Here's a hint; The USC spokesperson was able to make a comment. Where is aTm's comment? Too busy writing the check to ULM, the Bama Beater?
I know..that's a lot for your SEC mind to figure out.
Says " many " of those.... names " one " team
Lets just look at how many PAC12 teams couldnt beat Notre Dame and laugh about that for a minute.
He only posts his opinions, never facts
Wake me up when you win another bowl game.
Facts are very blurry in California. I lived there too. It's really not his fault.
You will be sleeping for awhile, might want to re-word that post in order to have a life over the next few years
This is a strange reply. I mentioned one school in particular because they finished RANKED. So much for patsy games. I also mentioned that many of those schools are FBS schools.
