Schedule When our conference schedule is 10x better than anyone else's? Heck, GA Southern could beat Washington State.

Utah State vs Auburn?
On the final crazy play of a crazy game, Jacksonville State running back Calvin Middleton found himself in the middle of a mass of bodies as quarterback Coty Blanchard lofted a 2-point conversion pass toward the end zone. Somehow, through the arms and legs, Middleton came down with the football as the Gamecocks celebrated a stunning 49-48 victory over Mississippi in double overtime. September 4, 2010.

First game of the year. W is a w.
excuses excuses....then Clemson?
I could care less about the SEC playing cupcakes, it’s when you play those cupcakes that bother me. Seems like you guys always schedule Southern A&M State Tech at like week 11 of the season…..really? Line up the cupcakes week 1-4 and play conference games the rest of the way.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
you play golf today?
They went won the ACC
and almost had a 100 put on them by W.V.
Isn't the SEC often called the "best college football conference" -- if so, what is there to be afraid of scheduling schools people have actually heard of in the non-conference?
This was Florida's October schedule.
You deserve a cupcake
Why should we when our DII teams would beat teams in your conference.
Auburn barely squeaked past Northwestern....cmonnnn man.
Classic SEC response to degrade another conference. I honestly don't understand why you are afraid of scheduling schools if your conference is as great as you tell everyone it is.
Because every time we play you we kill you. Your not worth missing out on a million dollar revenue game against some Patsy IMO.
Since BCS era SEC is 19-16 vs BIg Ten,13-14 vs Pac 12, and 17-22 vs Big East....seriously?
remember getting beat by Penn State and Iowa?
Michigan State has a winning record against the SEC.

Uhhhhhhh... We were blowing them out and quit.
Did you watch? That was a constant problem under Malzhan, he completely changes his play calling when we went up 14-0 on somebody.
Also, do you remember how many dumb penalties we got on 4th downs?
Michigan state blows donkey nuts
Thats what UGA said...UGA also got beat by Conf USA UCF and Colorado which was a D3 school.
It makes absolutely no sense for players to take a beating week in and week out in conference, then "Oh lets play Ohio State, that makes a ton of sense after we played UGA last week and have Alabama next week."
I thought Northern people were supposed to be smart.
They suck OOC, they never get up for bowl games.
Since 2002, the SEC has done a great job of winning bowl games vs other conferences. According to College Football Data Ware House, the Big Ten is 12-13 vs. the SEC in that time span. The SEC just took that lead this year as they went 3-1 in the Citrus, Outback, Gator and Sugar Bowl, respectively. If you were listening to the media, you would think that the SEC would be undefeated in bowl season vs. every conference and in every game they play.
Unfortunately for southern football fans, that's not the case as we saw this season with Georgia losing to UCF.
Also LSU is like 4-4 vs Big ten I believe since BCS
That's the point. The conference is so good that scheduling tough OOC opponents would be silly. We already play a tougher schedule than most teams in other conferences. Also, why does it matter when we play cupcakes? I don't understand the issue there. Either way, Bama plays a tough OOC opponent every year and then 3 cupcakes. I think that, on top of an SEC schedule, is plenty good enough.
Lastly, we beat the holy f*ck out of you 49-7 last time we played and it could've been 70-0 if we wanted it to be so in your face.
They played Auburn and Georgia.....
Also Bama went undefeated in 08 regular season SEC play and got MURDERED by Utah.
