Or will teams get scared off by his injuries
Lions need to pull the trigger.

Have to say, I feel for the kid. But the idea that he might go in the first round (i.e. Willis McGahee) was ludicrous.
I hope he goes soon, would like to see him on the Bills, think he'd be a good complement to Spiller. Although we have a lot of other needs.
49ers is a great team for him to go to
Yep. No need to immediately play so he can fully recover from the injury. Also Frank Gore is a great back for him to be mentored by.

Hope he has a great career.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
couldnt be happier for marcus and cant wait to follow him through the recovery process.
Won't play a down this year IMHO. If he comes back like his former self Harbaugh will look like a genius with this FOURTH rd pick. This is a top 5 talent when healthy.
I will be rooting for him for sure.
Agreed. I love that pick by The 49ers.
Harbaugh is building the team in his image and the 49ers will be a force as long as Harbaugh is the HC.
Top 5 talent as a RB? No way bro.
If ADP went #7, then no chance Lattimore is top 5 worthy.
No way he gets drafted. Freak knee ligament tears are genetic.
Clearly injury prone.
