Alcohol for a year if it meant the team you love was guaranteed the national championship?
Yes...even though I'm a bama fan, I'd still do it.
What say you?
Just gonna pretend I didn't open this thread so I don't have to think about it.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
I gave up alcohol for two years. One year was forced by the state, and the other was me just not wanting any more civil suits due to fighting. It's much easier if you do it while working hard on your cardio. You can't drink and kill it on the track. It's an either or type thing. But yes, I could and would be able to do it, no doubt

"Because Bama now sucks just like FSU used to suck when we were getting dominated by OU. Does it make sense now?"- Sliger (FSU Fan)
Why not. Small price to pay IYAM.
no prob at all, yes.
absolutely but watch out once we win the MNC because id be going on a bender to celebrate
FSU Ambassador to the masses
no. it's just a game. i'm a fan and have no control over what happens. i rather enjoy the games with a few beers and hope we win.
Hell no. If I kicked the sauce for a year it would alter my life. Not to a huge degree but enough that it'd be annoying. WTF would my team winning an NC do for me? Zero.
I'd do it if I was allowed to bet on the outcome though
Can you drink after they win?
"Isn't it amazing what somebody will do when he can't bunt." - Vin Scully
I think he realizes that not drinking would have no effect on the game in real life. This is just a hypothetical in a parallel universe where your drinking is the sole factor in your teams success.
Well then we would lose a lot lol
I'm with this guy. I don't drink to get drunk. I drink because I like it. A good bourbon neat or on the rocks when I want is more important than telling FSU fans and gator fans 6>3>2 on the the inter web.
I Believe Auburn and Love IT...4 Life!
You should prepare yourself to live with the consequences of your decisions, whatever they may be.
