just interested in hear what some of yall have tired for weight loss. Im 6' and 190 but hardly any muscle and I want to change that. Whats the best way to lose the weight and get some muscle?

Healthy diet is key to any workout regiment, as long as your pushing your body when you workout then you're going to see results.

Don't be fat in the first place.
You need to do cario to burn the calories and do some simple pushups, pullups, situps, etc. to gain some muscle.
Changing your diet just a little will also go a long way.
teraxatone and laxatives and you'll prob drop 20 lbs. in 4-5 days

Why cant people understand this?!? There is no magic pill! Get off the couch, cut out processed foods, starches, and sugars. Get your lazy self in the gym six days a week. Eat what you want on Sundays. What is so difficult about this? Go ahead and try your diets and the latest and greatest pills, but you will balloon back to your whale of a self.....

So, you are telling me that all of those Muscle Mag advertisements and commercials are lying? Combination of ECA stack, HCG, clenbuterol, hydrozyne, and maybe some meth should do the trick. Eat whatever you want, no sweating necessary.
You'll burn more calories than doing cardio and you'll build muscle.
I carb up right before bedtime and am cut up. Pastas and bread. The carbs digest slowly in my 12 hours of sleep giving me optimal energy the next day and it helps with recovery. Anything else you read in this thread is just posters BSing you. Do this for 12 months and tell me what you think.

go on a treadmill run as much as you can. pick heavy things up, set them down, repeat as neccessary.

serious. its easy.
calculate your basal metobolic rate in a day...eat less than that.
5-6 meals a day is BS. most of what you will hear is BS.

but let me add: 190 at 6' is not a bad weight if you want to be muscular...so you may not really even need to cut much...
