I can't sync my phone after the latest iOS6 update. iTunes use to pop up automatically after plugging in the USB but not now. My computer still recognizes the device because it will allow me to transfer photos but that's it. Any suggestions?

When you open itunes with your phone connected and selected in the itunes DEVICES nav, there are a bunch of choices under the Summary tab. I'd start by checking those first. Back up to this computer (or icloud), open itunes when this phone is connected, etc

I'll try that tonight, appreciate it. I don't recall any iTunes devices option showing up like it once did. Is it usually located on the left menu bar?

The IOS6 update blows
Maps are crazy terrible and the youtube app is gone
Im waiting for the next one
my phone went ape sh!t after the update. I finally had to restore it to the factory settings and start over.
God, give me patience today. If given strength I may beat someone to death.
I haven't been able to on my 4s, crappy crap..
love the update, haven't had a problem with the maps, scrolling kind of sucks, pissed about the you tube app, but you can always add the real one
Lol, iPhones suck anyway
One other issue this stupid freaking update has caused. I have a Pioneer DVD player in my Yukon. It used to show song title, artist, and you could control the music through the DVD player. You can't do it anymore because the new software isn't backwards compatible. I called Pioneer to see what my options are considering the unit is exactly 2 months old. They said Apple has to update and fix it. I contacted Apple and.....Nothing. No response.
From what I gather regarding this last update is that everyone was initially excited about it and please with some of the updates, but slowly began to realize there were way more problems than solutions.
