Didn't seem like wheat beer to me.
Sarah sorry about the Herpes.
I agree. Looking at similar beers on BA that I've had and it tastes nothing like them.
Fort Collins makes a delicious chocolate stout
Teein' Off on Links
Pretty pumped about this one. It's a barrel aged strong ale collaboration by Deschutes and Hair of the Dog Brewery. I'm loving the "best after" date. They're $10 for a 12oz bottle. If I love it, I'll buy a few more and age them. Will report back tonight. 11.7 alcohol! Great BA reviews.
enjoying a sidekick on this beautiful mothers day.
Had a Goose Island at the TPC today. I think it was their Wheat pale ale. Wasn't bad but nothing special. Also had a Stella and it was not to my liking.
So I bought this for beardown. Any of you tried the wild onion dipa. It sucks iyam
That stuff is terrible. Better send it to me IMO.
The wild onion?
No, the BCBCS.
They make that about 4 miles from my house. Pretty decent pale ale.
Love me some Bob!
This is a local brew called Mad Manatee IPA from Bold City Brewery here in Jacksonville. I'm liking it so far.
Never had this, how is it?
It was alright. Nothing I would go out of my way to try but a solid beer.
Crap forgot to post a photo earlier
I really wanna try the coffee. Have 2 BCBS in my possession, gonna drink one and keep one for a while. You wanna trade one for a Port Brewing Older Viscosity??
You see that sign that says 'Rib Tips'??
Love that. Had some of their Lucky 13 yesterday - good stuff right there
Apparently those things are just sitting around on shelves in Nebraska.
That guy I traded with for one was in Nebraska.
The verdict: really interesting beer that I'll never buy again. It just doesn't really taste like beer. I put it down 8 feet away from my wife and she asked if I was drinking liquor. It's not bad, but it's not what I want when having a beer. Truly interesting complex flavors though.
Happy American Craft Beer Week everyone.
Sounds like my kind of beer.
Now that I'm aware of this holiday, I will be sure to celebrate with all I'm worth.
