As I said, I have several empties in my recycling - great beer iyam. Plus it's what, 9.7% to boot??
You see that sign that says 'Rib Tips'??
Would you be so kind as to either be the middle man or to point me in the right direction? I would love to get some Kern. I here it is absolutely phenomenal!

The Hangar 24 Double IPA is pretty frickin great, too. If you like the Hop Juice, you'll like that.
It's listed as an Amber and it does have some of the flavor characteristics of one, they are just very faint and don't linger on the palette at all.
Got it off tap in two 22 oz bottles. Not sold as a bottled bomber. My bad.
Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm a schizophrenic and so am I.
Had a Cricket Hill IPA last night. Had never heard of it, but it was pretty good. Nothing special though.
Goose Island has made its way to Columbia. Anything from them I need to know about?
I've been to Cricket Hill's brewery....really tiny place in the middle of north Jersey. Beer was hit and miss IMO their Shandy being the biggest miss. As far as Goose Island the obvious is Bourbon County Brand Stout and all of its variants. I've only had the regular BCBS but all are supposed to be excellent. My other favorites from them thus far are Sofie(saison) and Night Stalker(imperial stout).
I have only had Bourbon County Brand Stout so far. I have a coffee stout sitting in the closet right now. One of the best stouts I have ever had.
This is the board I post on and do all of the trades. It is free to sign up. You might post a little bit in there and get a feel for it.
Also in the OP there is a list of all known good traders and where they are located. There are several from Cali.
You could also try the Beer Advocate forums. I know those guys do a lot of trades.
Welcome to the 2013 version. Listed below are known good traders their locations. [IMG] www.seekabrew.com Zack Zedalis FL Fargin' Icehole VA Sanchez...
I think I'm gonna go with Mission Brewery Shipwrecked Double IPA and a Hop Juice for the Bucks beatdown of UM tonight.
Y'all...I'm out with some of my fraternity brothers that are BOL members for an NSD dinner, & they have Hopslam. I've heard so many of you talk about it, but I've gotta say...god damn is it good.

The haul today.
Had everyone of those other than the Prarie Noir. Old Rasputin is excellent. I usually buy that & Old Philosopher's together when I'm in the mood for them.
You have had the Barrel Aged Rasputin? It is pretty rare. Only comes out once a year. I have never had it but heard really good things. We only got like 5 cases in the entire state of Oklahoma. My guy at the liquor store held these two back for me.
Yeah it's really good. I may have been in Denver a few years ago when I tried it. You're right though I was just talking about the regular Old Rasputin & Three Philospher's together.
I picked up a four pack of Dark Truth Stout by Boulevard last night. Any good?
Pretty solid brew. Not one of Boulevards best but still worth a try.
Ready for their Coffee Ale next month. Also Grainstorm sounds good too.
I wasn't a fan of their wheat beer, but Farmhouse 7, Single & Double Wide IPA are all good. I just looked up Grainstorm & it sounds intriguing, indeed.
There really should be a bourbon/liquor thread IMO
Ruthless is solid stuff. I can't wait for Terrapin Hopzilla to come out. It's the one brew of theirs I've never had. Rye PA, Golden Ale, Moo Hoo Chocolate Stout, Wake N Bake Stout, & one of my all-time favorites Hopsecutioner, are all dank.
IMNSHO, nah. You're always welcome here, brah. For realsies though, I've always wondered why there wasn't a good liquor thread.
We had a bourbon thread that went on for a while. Sort of died off.
Well, beer is brewed and bourbon is distilled.
And this is the Brew Crew so....
Do you remember the name of that bourbon thread we had? I was searching for it but can't find it.
Be careful Aussie, he means business
