Nba, where teams who fight tooth and nail to win a championship eventually get rigged and screwed over, a draft "lottery" that's also rigged
Or baseball, where the majority of pros can't even compete without injecting roids like crazy, but then the same "athletes" will miss a month for a dislocated pinky. All while making 30 mil a year
Neither are any good IMO. But I will watch the NBA Finals usually if I'm home. I have not seen a MLB game in over ten years.
Steroids won't help you hit a round ball with a round bat any better, but I guarantee making solid contact with a broken finger will hurt like hell.
I shoulda chose I different month long injury lol whoops...
Sprained ankle, that's better
Drug effectiveness review project?????
Why didn't you include football?
Roids definitely help you hit better.
Yep. Even if you're not lifting, as a pitcher they'll help you recover quicker as well, just depends on which hormonal cocktail you're taking.
That being said, like I said in a previous thread, from my experience PED use is not very common in MLB or MiLB.
Still hgh and other banned supplements going around nfl and ncaaf heck even hs football

"If this was a prize fight they'd call it off"- F ND!
It's not a sport. It's a hobby like bowling.

No, they give you more POWER, but they don't enhance your ability to make contact. A guy who is a bad hitter can't take 'roids and turn into a baller. A guy who is a decent hitter, meaning makes good contact regularly, though, will start jacking the ball.
Both of those are sports:
"An activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others."
Not all sports are created equal, that's the difference.
Contact hitter takes PEDs and turns into a monster power hitter who also hits for average
If Dan Uggla started juicing, it wouldn't help a thing.
Recovery definitely and increased bat speed and power makes fouls fair and warning track the long ball.
I have no idea about the pros, but in college I don't recall any baseball players juicing, whereas in football you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that wasn't d-balling.
He's already too damn swollen. He probably couldn't swing the bat.
The Flopping NBA is making that league look bad! Heat as Champs will be known as the Flopping Champs!!
If BJ Upton doesnt get his front foot down and Uggla doesnt figure out how to hit the ball to opposite field neither will last
See my post to Alonzo. It doesn't enhance hand-eye but it increases the probability that your contact will stay fair. Roids ups the BA and the SP. Technically, making you a better hitter.
If BJ started juicing, little would change.
If Schafer started juicing, look out. Kid makes contact.
Only if you're a decent contact hitter to begin with. Like I said, if Uggla got on the sauce, he wouldn't become Bonds.
That makes no sense.
And no one in our lifetimes will become Bonds. Juiced or no.
NBA and its not close really. Whenever you have a tough physical team on one hand, who is playing just a physical team on the other hand, and one team has 3 players with 4+ fouls and the opponents have no players with 4+....I mean it is clearly rigged.
Also you can't have flop city LeBron and co. as your champs and be taken seriously by anyone who likes fair competition.
