Crazy idea for 24/7 sports

  • I would think $4.99 per site/per month would be reasonable. I agree with the limited/no posting ability. If you want to post, pony up $10 and become a full fledged member.

  • Frankly, I'll pay $10 a month per site, if you fix it to where I don't need different login credentials. I refuse to pay $30 a month and have to logout/login to 3 different sites each day, but I'd gladly do it if I could just bounce from one site to another.

    You have 1 main site that you pay $10 a month for. You can post, read, ect...

    Then you make a package. 1 extra team for $6 a month. 2 extra teams for $10 a month. It is cheaper because you can't post in VIP threads, but you can read the articles and VIP threads.

    I bet a lot of people would take advantage of this. It wouldn't create flaming because they can't post, but they get their $10 worth by being able to read about recruits on two different sites other than their main site.

    Good business move, IMO. Noah, I would take this up the chain.

    They should be able to do that. I use the cincinnati and Ohio State site with the same log in.

    I emailed support and they said you need unique logins and subscriptions...

    Mine was setup to work on 2 sites for a day until I asked how to get a 3rd site, then they noticed that I could see two and took one away. frustrated

    So, you might not want to tell 'support' that yours is set up like that, and you'll probably want to watch your credit card. It sounds like that's not a 'valid' setup.

    Sorry, but unless you merged two+ separate accounts from sites, then someone messed you up here. For instance if you already had a bucknuts and bearcatlair before they merged with us, then it needs two logins (since you had two logins before). If you just subscribed, we can easily get you two+ for one login. We have a lot of people on multiple subs already and I would hate to have them all on two logins.

    If it's the latter, email support@247sports.com with your issue, email addresses for the separate accounts and ask them to merge them into one (tell them which one you want them all in). If they have questions, please ask them to talk to Noah.

  • Ive wasted an obscene amount of money for a 21 year old doing free trials on other team sites when big commitments are coming up or during coaching searches getting info and then forgetting to cancel. I payed for the Rutgers rivals site for 4 extra months after only doing the free trial to see what they were saying about Brandon Coleman a 4* WR from MD a couple years ago. I am currently paying the NCST scout site still after doing the free trial for their bball coaching search which was months ago.

    So uhh yea needless to say this is something that would definitely be of interest to me. No idea how to work it, maybe an option to pick 3-5 extra boards to read. I know that would work for me because I would just choose a couple rivals and one or two other schools we recruit against or whose board I enjoy.

    I had a monthly at Bucknuts and an annual on BearcatLair so it was an easy conversion and Noah and Co. (and Kirk at Bucknuts since they were the 2nd to join up with 247) helped me out white a bit since I had the same username at both places. Couldn't have been any happier with how they helped me out.

    I would still want to post on both sites so this would unlikely benefit me, but the national membership where you can read, but not post does sound attractive.

  • How about a 2nd site for less option and you can post on both sites

    Then also have an all access pass that is read only except for your team site
