You are worth as much as someone is willing to pay, so if Auburn is willing to go way above market value for him he has to cash that check. I don't know if I would be so happy if I were a Tiger though. Yeah he can recruit, but his coaching ability is a question mark imo. At FSU Jimbo coaches QBs and at USA its not like he was making All American WRs. Coaching WR isn't like RBs where you can hide someone who just recruits. Auburn could end up like UF for a couple of years where you just waste 4* after 4* at the WR spot.

Any staff that doesnt lose a coach will get hit the next year. That's all. Plus Miami will be a 10-4 type team next year and so 3-4 coaches will definitely see promotions, pay raises. Just the order of things.
Most of this stuff with FSU is because we didnt lose anyone last December.
Are you solid on this?
Or is this subject to change....

Interesting tactic by auburn, because they would have to pay Craig more than their current OC. So, you would have a position coach (Craig) making more than the coordinator that he answers to. Wonder how that would work out?
Craig may go, but if he is wise, he will stay @ FSU.
