Damn Notre Dame is taking miami to the woodshed

  • Notre Dame is legit. I figured that Brian Kelly would get them turned around, BUT I didn't see them doing as well as they are this year.

    If Notre Dame goes undefeated with the schedule that they have this year, they should be the first pick to go to the championship game. I still think they lose two games, but they are legit as hell.

    I said we would go 8-4. I was thinking that we were a year away but so far so good. Still got work to do.

    You sure do. That is why I said if you somehow go through that gauntlet undefeated that you should go into the natty game #1, even ahead of my team (barring we go undefeated). ND has the hardest schedule this year by far.

    Schedule is tough for sure. Long season so we will take it one game at a time

    I understand where you are coming from. I always take the cautious optimistic side rather than saying we are the shit and nobody can touch us. I'll admit that you have surprised me up until this point though. I figured you would have about two losses at this point.

    No doubt. You guys are on the right track. It's good to see Notre dame and fsu good again

    I know we put up killer offensive numbers tonight but I watch every play of every game and we need to be more consistent on offense. I'm very happy with tonight

    Might be the biggest surprise in college football thus far. Some include the following (in no particular order):

    Arkansas and just how bad they are
    Kiehl Frazier being as bad as he is
    Bill Snyder doing it again at KSU
    Geno Smith basically becoming Superman (Knew he was good but damn)
    Notre Dame and the way that defense has played (This might be the biggest surprise)
    LSU having the injury issues they have (They have almost literally lost half of their starters from the beginning of fall camp)
    Oregon's defense (Basically the same as Notre Dame or at least the same principle)
    Wisconsin being as sorry as they have been (I know they lost six coaches but they are pretty bad, I actually haven't seen what they did today though)

    You aren't alone brotha! I thought 2013 was the year we'd be competing for BCS, looks like we are a year ahead of schedule. Thought we'd lose 4 or 5 this year, boy was i wrong. 2 losses seems about right. I would have given up my wife for 2 losses this year, so i'm happy.

  • Notre Dame looks impressive and they deserve props for going undefeated so far with a very tough schedule.

    It will make it sweeter when we beat them in the Coliseum.

    Tried early and had two guys drop for sure TD's after that no more attempts. Your OL was really impressive early, but we started getting pressure in the 2 quarter and that was all she wrote. BK deseres COTY if we only lose 2 games this year...

    It might even be better than that. If your defense holds up, then you have as good a shot as anyone. I never thought I would say that at the beginning of the year. I thought that you were going to go about 7-5. I was wrong too. Just goes to show you that you just never know. I know you've had a close call or two but those are the games that sometimes gets a team clicking.

    Time will tell.
