We did at least tell masington to delay until after foster, which he did. I think foster is 50/50 but if he goes to Pitt we take mass

And @Nova - Our staff has told multiple recruits that they didn't have a spot - McNeil, Zach Cunningham, etc. Some recruits just do not have committable offers.

There isn't anything wrong with it, it is a scholarship and it is up to our staff to let them accept it. I am not gullible at all, I have been in this situation as a kid and i know how these things work.

Obviously, but you thinking that these staff people know what Saban is doing behind the scenes means you are a fool but I already knew that

They haven't a clue about who Saban tells don't have spots, nor do they know what his actual board looks like

So keep on thinking you know, just makes it easier to laugh at you

Well i have a very good idea of how it looks. You must not be very good with context clues...its very easy right now to tell who is a take and who isn't with the limited spots, but I wouldn't expect you to understand that.

lol keep telling yourself that, most losers like you take pride in pretending they know what Saban or any coach is doing in regards to recruiting

What happens if somebody on the team is leaving and Saban knows it, thus a spot opening up ? but I bet you know all about it as well huh ?

Get real, you don't have a fuggin clue about how many spots Bama actually has open or who Saban is thinking of adding or not adding

Leaving the team as of today - Fluker, Lacy, Milliner....and the seniors. If anyone else is leaving the program we would have more spots...its easy math, but again i wouldn't expect you to understand that. thumbsup

  • Okay, I understand. This must be how the Logan Tuley-Tillman recruitment went as well.

That is a good question. I think he really favored Michigan over Alabama, and i think they were in the drivers seat from the beginning however.

Was going to commit to Bama after official visit in January. We however said he would not have a scholarship...And goes back to Michigan. Crazy how we wouldnt accept him and how we feel about other guys.

What did you hope to gain by getting this information from BOL and bringing here? I hope it wasn't to rub it in to Michigan fans, because it is apparent you are losing that cause.

Nope my point was to bring it here to express why he went back to Michigan, and how good our staff felt about other prospects at this time.

He went to Michigan because his father just passed away and wanted to be close to his family.

He was never going to Bama. Dawson was a Michigan lock since the re-offer.

Nope he had an offer...for your information, DAWSON DOES NOT HAVE A COMMITTABLE OFFER FROM ALABAMA. That is 100% fact. Every coach has different ways of handling recruiting...

Well according to your OP he was going to commit on his OV to Bama. How do you commit with a non-commitable offer? Quite the contradiction.

  • Lol, how close did you follow Dawson's recruitment? Absolutely 0% he would have gone to Alabama. Over the past couple months he said repeatedly that he would be staying close to home for college. He doesn't want to be far from his mom and family at all.

Commitable offer or not, he was never going to go to Alabama. Which is probably why they started all this talk. Pulling a good old non-commitable offer for a kid that isn't going to end up there. That's so Buckeye-esque.

Man... maybe Hoke should change Treadwell's offer to non-commitable. So dumb.
