You are not alone. I hate weddings with a passion. Marriage goes against everything I believe in. If I am ever suckered into getting married there will be so much alcohol it will make the Saints Super Bowl celebration look tame.

My sister is getting married in two months and even though I know it's supposed to be "her special day" and all.. I'm so sick of hearing and dealing with wedding crap. The only positive is that my brothers and I are all growing mustaches for it (randomly decided it'd be badass for us to all have them for pictures and what not) and mine is finally starting to shape up nicely. Going for the Burt Reynolds look.

I do not have a problem with marriage per say (even though I will advise all of you to hold on to single life as long as you can) just the whole wedding ordeal. I have been married twice and both times no big wedding ceremony. The first time I got married in a chapel in Vegas with a bunch of our friends. We were all completely toasted and a friend of ours had worn a tux as a joke. The people at the chapel kept trying to marry me to him. I laughed so hard through the vows that I almost couldn't finish. The second time I realized that it was December 31st and that if we didn't get married that day we would have to pay ridiculous taxes for the year so we ran out and got married at the courthouse.
