2 years ago the DC player of the year was Albert Reid, not Eddie Goldman.
Not saying that Allen isn't better than Deal but what you are using really has no bearing on who is the better college prospect.
You'll get MD, FSU,CLEM, and Bama's leftovers in the DMV and like it.

If you look at the top players in MD this upcoming year, they all have MD in their top 5 not Penn State. This is what makes you tools so insufferable, actually learn about the recruiting landscape in 2013-14 instead of thinking this is 1995.

I'm not saying that Locksley isn't good, but if you are honest with yourself, you would know that PSU for the next few years is recruiting with it's arms tied behind it's back. Once the sanctions end and we can rape the normal number of kids, MD will be assaulted again.
