Oh right. What about Joe McKnight's car? Or was that his girlfriends Range Rover?
Or OJ Mayo getting paid? Or was it just basketball program?
I'm not standing over any program chirping them for supposed moral deficiencies propping up Michigan's in the process. Considering you just had 30 schollys stripped and 2 years bowl ban, you would think that would silence you.
Then SC hires Lane Kiffin.
SC is probably the worst example of a school to be preaching about anything.

Although Joe was cleared, he was asked to not return to USC by the university. There is no documentation stating that USC paid any player, including OJ Mayo.
You hired Rich Rod, and you've had more than your fair share of sanctions.
Don't play stupid and ignorant, it's unbecoming.

Not at all a decent analogy, but believe what you choose to believe. After all, the overwhiners arent pushing rules that would hurt anyone...except the players and the schools and pretty much everyone involved.
If you want to pretend there's some unfairness going on, then maybe the better analogy would be that the NL West chooses to decline any available compensation picks.

You actually don't know what's going with the program.... So there is no reason to debate it.... Tennessee will be fine.... It's not about being a homer...Tennessee has talent ... More of it is on the offensive side, but they will be just fine. It's just been a rough rebuilding deal the last two years. How many freshmen were playing in that loss to UNC?

How wasn't that a decent analogy? Please explain the difference of what I said to what was previously going on in the sec..... so you think its ok that certain schools can sign extra players and wait to weed them out later and the remaining schools aren't allowed to practice this? You most certainly have to be kidding. (hopefully)
And to try to compare MLB to college football is the WORST analogy ever.

Before we carry this any further, please tell me what you think happens when someone "oversigns". If you accuse a coach of that, what, specifically, are you saying he did? I still don't think you know what you're arguing against.

Oversign means you sign more people than your allowed to....am I wrong? ( and if I am not then please explain how my analogy was wrong or not having any resemblance of what goes on in the sec)
You were trying to justify oversigning as if it doesnt offer any type of advantage.

...i do think they are going to get better but not back to where they were years ago ....but better for sure

Derek Dooley crying because he can't oversign (as much)
