Yeah he is a great player, just doesn't have the kind of chip on his shoulder you need to win when it really matters and guys are playing real defense

Great player, can't rely on his mental stability though

He is one of the weakest minded athletes I can ever remember and it sucks cause he is wasting so much ability

y'all are serioously calling out LBJ? Go check out Wade's stat line. This team is worse than LBJ's Cavs team, with Dwayne playing like this.

No; just pointing out that in game two it was he and wade v. Pacers...might be the worst "supporting cast" game on record.

And tonight, well let's just say it wasn't even two; LBJ didn't bring it in the 4th...and while I was glad Rio brought some O, he played horrible D

  • The way Wade is playing, I wouldn't be surprised to find out he's hiding an injury.

That's the only thing that makes sense. If not, what is going on?

Who knows...I don't profess to know anything about moving contracts off the salary cap, but I suppose getting if they COULD get rid of a max player would leave room to get players of similar quality to, say, an Ibaka type at the 4 and maybe a Ty Lawson type at the 1, and probably still have enough room to get a reliably productive 6th man

Ok. I dont hate the players the Heat have, I just dont like the idea of all the superstars trying to team up. How about competing to beat one another

  • I don't know why Lebron is getting bashed right now. Him and chalmers seemed like the only ones playing for the Heat tonight. Wade was awful. His shooting hasn't been great on series but today he was just awful.

They could easily move Wade. For example, they could get back Ty Lawson, Danilo Gallinari, and Aaron Afflalo from the Nuggets for Wade. They'd then have a starting line up PG - Lawson, SG - LBJ, SF - Gallo, PF - Bosh, C - Haslem, with a pretty good bench of Chalmers, Afflalo, Mike Miller, Battier, and Joel Anthony. That would help out the nuggets to, because then they'd have Andre Miller, Wade, Wilson Chandler, and Chris Anderson with a reasonable start to bench, which can get better.

    Both teams would be better.

Seriously? With Wade, Miller, JaVale McGee, they immediatly have the 2nd best balanced team in the West. They were already pretty good, and all they're really giving up is Gallinari. Lawson doesn't start, and Afflalo isn't remotely the player that Wade is.

  • Btw, if the Pacers can land Stevie Nash...watch out. He'd make Granger an all-star level player.

I don't think that you are too far off, but Wade is either hurt or on the wrong side of the career curve and regardless of which one it is getting worse. I loved the guy at MQ, won a bunch of money off of them in the NCAAs, but he is the one that is failing the Heat and their fans so far this playoffs.

True, but then your window is tight. You only get 1-2 years, which may be enough.

Nope, but he's got nothing to work with. It's not like he forced Bosh to get an injury, and told Wade to suck tonight. He didn't build this team, he inherited it. Blame the dude who decided they didn't need anyone else in the front court other than Joel Anthony and Udonis Haslem and Shane Battier.

Id be surprised if he stayed...if he stays then they gotta break up the big three. I think you try to move wade for some size or a point. I dont know if they would do it him though

I'm positive Wade would have a no trade clause right? Or do they not have those in the NBA?
