Did you guys have an ice cream truck where you grew up?

My town outlawed them before I was born, so I never had them. Where I live now they go by my house everyday, but I've never bought anything from them. I wonder if it's good, but every time I hear the little song they play, I think about this and start laughing.

we had them and i always bought a creamsicle
we have an old couple that drives around town through neighborhoods in a shvtty astro van converted into an ice cream truck..they play the music and everthing..it's called pappy's ice cream and it's kinda weird

Soft serve from an ice cream truck is insane. Just delicious stuff. Had one that came to my junior school and high school.

Not in my neighborhood, but I had a friend who had one in his. I remember those sprints from the bonus room to the edge of the driveway quite well.

A crazy looking middle eastern guy drives one around my neighborhood. His truck plays Christmas music all summer and Yankee Doodle Dandy at Christmas.
Looks like another perfect day.

My neighborhood does at home too. Funny story, there was a new truck starting last year. It's painted all black and has nothing on it. It's the scariest rape van ever and it sells ice cream.

My neighborhood had them off and on. I remember them when I was really little, then they stopped coming around for a few years and then a new one started coming around when I was in middle school or so.

We had one in my neighborhood. Some guy they called "Big Worm" drove it. Always a lot of grown-ups around Big Worm's truck. I guess grown-ups like ice cream too though.

WTF was the ball in a screwball? Was it gum or a jaw breaker? I never knew anyone that ever attempted to eat it. It was frozen solid and great for pegging people in the head with but I have no idea what it was made from. Also red white and blue all stars back when the white part was still lemon lime flavored = FtW.

Used to when I lived in a bad part of Ohio. Haven't seen one since (that I remember) since moving south.
