I never said it was impressive, Im talking about his whole body of work in the 3 years at FSU... not 1 of his 2 losses this season that came when FSU's best OL was hurt for the game and they lost by 1 point on a final drive where Stoops defense gave up 3 4th down conversions

Also Bowden is the winningest coach in history smart guy, and did anything but leave Jimbo the keys to a successfully running program

Its not a joke that Michigan hasn't won its conference in almost 10 years though, and the Big 10 is worse than the ACC by a solid margin, at least until Ohio State comes back next year for everybody knows they are the only school that can play real football

Fact is FSU lost that game mainly cause their RT and best OL was out for the game, and if you remember I said all offseason long that one injury on the OL would result in disaster.... and as usual, I was deadly accurate in that prediction

Using the injury excuse for game after game is weak, but knowing that your best OL would have been the difference in running the clock out late in a game to get the W is a solid excuse cause its reality

Very understandable imo, however Watson being out killed FSU in that second half and on the last drive FSU couldn't run for a 1st down to run out the clock and yes, they tried to run to his replacements side and got stuffed

You should know by my trolls of FSU's OL that the depth is the clear weakness of the 2012 Noles

But no matter how you look at it, this season was a roaring success.... only national media and idiots actually thought FSU was a legit national title contender, I know I never did

Yet they went 12-2 and both loses came late in the 4th quarters, they clean up these little problems and get a real QB that doesn't fold under pressure and you are looking at a national title contender from here on out
