You have no favorite boards.
Went to the hospital and got it popped back in place. Got a sling on and looking for suggestions on how to sleep... Anything? TIA
On the other shoulder. Duh.
Aspirin, pain killers, alcohol, and pass out on the other shoulder. Not even kidding

If you roll over the pain will wake you up, don't worry. used the above method more than a few times when I had busted ribs. Sometimes you need to get some sleep and it takes more than will power to block out the pain.
You may roll. But you won't stay that way long.
Its gonna suck for a few days. Just wedge a couple of pillows beside you and it should stop you from completely rolling over
With your eyes closed
Supine position. Pillows wedged to sides
Put a pillow under your hand and arm and line one up just under the shoulder.
If you have a recliner in your living room or anywhere in your house, just sit down, recline back and sleep on your back.
