So I got pretty drunk last Saturday. Sunday I woke up and my middle finger was hurting... The tip of my finger feels like I have wrapped a rubber band around my finger real tight and the numbness is there now... The feeling hasn't gone away. The color in the finger is fine. Looks normal. This is the same finger though that I messed up a couple years ago in a fight and it is a little crooked but I never had this feeling before. It doesn't really hurt just an awkward feeling.

It's not a pinched nerve, just may not be reacting because there may not be proper circulation of blood to the nerve so it's numb. I definitely think this deserves a handicap parking pass. Someone should be wheeling you around wherever you go as well. JMO, though.
