Love is a strong word for a job/career. I like my job and like my company more. It's a great way to make a living.
I'll also add that unless you're self employed, loving your job has everything to do with the company you work for and not necessarily what function you provide.

Btw how big is hockey at Michigan. I remember watching all michigan hockey games as a kid. I was a HUGE fan. I think mainly because of their helmet. I was a big UMD Bulldogs fan, so seeing that absolutely sick, all-time greatest, goal by Michigan on the Gophers was part of me liking that program as well. Have you seen clips of that? SIckest goal I have ever seen, behind the net trick shot.

Nice what do you do? Formal education can be a good base, but a lot of times it can be overrated. Theres a lot of life lessons you just have to experience on your own ya know. I have definitely learned a ton of things from people that have not gone to college. There experience alone has made them more knowledgeable in certain areas. It's not necessarily fair to label someone by their education.

Cool. My buddy went for accounting and actually did similar work coming out of school He loved it too and it progressed his career. I did grunt work at my job at the airport before. It was a lot of fun too but wasn't as promising as your path. I kind of do grunt accounting work now too.

Love it, which is good as I have another 30 yrs prior to being retirement age. I hope to be active in my profession my entire life.
No job is perfect but they keep us sharp and motivated. It is unfortunate that many in my generation do not possess a hard work ethic and rest on their laurels for momma and poppa to support them.
The other thing that worries me are corporation requirements (educational) and the continued 6-9% inflation on education per year. Are many going to be paying Sally Mae 20 yrs for that job they love? It's not right.....

Couldn't ever imagine going to work and hating it. Sometimes I think I'm lucky that I love mine so just trying to get a feeling of what the general consensus is out there. Some parts are way more stressful than you could ever imagine coming out of college, but the perks are nice.
