No they should shut those plants down, First, I find them to be annoying, nut as if that's not enough, some people who voluntarily and knowledgabley elect to work there might be sustaining harm from doing so, and we need to make sure they are precluded from earning income from a place which has such callous diregard for its workers

I'm all for banning smoking, powerplants and taking dumps. But seriously, there is an argument to be made for either side (smoker or non-smoker) however, I do think it should be left up to the owner. I go to a bar expecting to smell like smoke and booze. They go hand and hand. I guess i'm biased since I don't smoke but I can see that it is too extreme for the GOV to say so or not.
