Surely you could use a heavy handed drunk to squash renegade MODs and notions like tBB needing a "council".
I am sure he doesn't need to make much. With the money he will need to make in life to attend Alabama football events all over the country, you guys could supplement with a media pass. After that's taken care of, what else does he need.
tBB needs to know we have a voice on the staff anyways....amirite?
I am not sure if he can help Noah with any code, but he could definitely make the warning posts to save Noah the downvotes.

The only positions we've had recently have been to add or replace members of our development team, and we're done there for awhile. If he presents an addition that would quickly turn a profit for us, is a good fit and is worth taking on, I'll at least review it. I haven't seen one of those in a long time.
