i honestly hope you arent serious with this thread. Richt has had several 10 win seasons that is true but i would like to point out that it is Georgia, i could win 10 games at Georgia. He is great at recuiting and developing but not coaching. and as far as his helping kids and all do i need to point out Georgia's arrest record? he has more players arrested each year than wins it seems. Chizik has taken a good program left by Tubberware and run it into the ground. where are you getting that he has developed talent? congrats he won a Naty with Newton, Dyer, Farley, Ziemba, and Clayton.....i mean not exactly a hard team to win with even though he almost coached his way out of several wins. Those two need to be let go in my opinion, while Richt is good at building a program he cant get over the hump, mediocre coach, great recruiter. Chizik all around bad hire. Jury is still out on Dooley in my opinion, give him a couple more years, TN is showing signs of being on the verge of being relevant again

No, you couldn't win 10 games at UGA. You probably can't even chew gum and walk at the same time, much less run a successful program in the SEC. Richt has done it successfully. He's won a SEC championship as well. If that's not getting over the hump I don't know what is. Yes, Richt has had some players get in trouble, but almost all of them have learned from their mistakes cause Richt has showed them the straight and narrow. Hate the sin not the sinner.
And Chizick has run Auburn's program into the grown? Are you serious? He just won a NC two years ago! Auburn is having a rough start this year but Saban couldn't win 2 games with their young roster. Chizick is doing an outstanding job at Auburn. And yes he's outstanding at developing talent. All of the players you listed were scrubs before Chiz got a hold of them. Dyer was a average RB in HS. Cam couldn't complete a forward pass before he got to auburn. Fairly was a 3 star JUCO OL before Chiz turned him into an unblockable tackling machine. And Ziemba was a human turnstile during Tubby's tenure.
I agree on Dooley. He needs more time to recruit his players. Kiffin left that place in shambles.
"Get in where you fit in." Life is, Too Short TL;DR

You have no idea what you're talking about. Richt won the East last year and is ranked in the top 10 this season. He has so many 10 win seasons...he's a great coach and a good Christian, family man.
Chizik won a national title at AU two years ago...TWO! How about a little time to rebuild??? AU hadn't won a national title for 50+ years until Chizik came along and he did it in year two. He is recruiting lights out and his young talent is waiting in the wings. Obviously, if he's given enough time then he will bring them back up. Just give him a few more years...you watch!

This is bogus because Richt just had a losing record two years ago. He could have been fired then. UGA keeps him around, because he professes to be a christian and that is more important than winning big

Richt has beaten a team ranked in the top 25 since at least 2009. When Georgia won the eastern division last year, they still didnt beat 1 team ranked in the top 25. They havent beaten a team ranked in the top 25 this year or in 2010 either

Vol, dawg and barn fans should be patient and support their HC's cause they'll get the job done eventually. Give them lots of time. All of this talk about firing these guys will not help your situation. Be positive on the air waves and the blogs. Being negative won't help anything. These HC's will win at some point in time, but more importantly they're teaching their players how to be outstanding citizens and students in the classroom. Get some perspective people!

This statement right here is laughable consdering bammer has been on probation during their last two national championships, half the bammer football team has been pictured driving SUV's most college students cant afford, an internet blogger named sports by brooks claims to have found doucments that Trent Richardson's mother lived in 3 or different houses during his career including at least 1 house connected to a bammer booster, and most people outside of bammers own fan base think they are bunch of cheaters themselves. If you doubt the last part of that statement, just go to other teams board and ask them

Admirable attempt, OP.

Dooley, Chizick & Richt are all very good coaches
