  • I respect police officers who are serious about their job and want to help protect the community. How is this protecting the community?

  • Apparently, The TPD is going to do a sting on high school kids smoking cigarettes next. They spared no expense with this operation. And may I just say, thank God the TPD is getting these criminals off the streets. Hopefully they will do something about the excessive jaywalking next. It's getting out of control. Tuscaloosa is the jaywalking capital of the world.

  • At this point it's just bad parenting to send your kid to that school. They turn choir boys into straight gang mentality. Beating up poor Asians to steal laptops and multiple other things. Being involved in drug cartels. Good thing is they won't kick you off the football team for these things though.

  • I hope they do this all across the United States, our communities are declining. Marijuana may not be as harmful as others but it is still a gateway drug. A persons brain is not fully developed tell the age of 25 adding chemicals to that has long term effects that can not be undone. I worked in a Counter-Drug unit that educated schools I have heard all the arguments. It is grown naturally whats the harm. Go smoke some poison ivy and tell me how high you get from that. I wish more people would be charged fined, not imprisoned. I do hope that all the kids arrested if on scholarship it is given to a kid more deserving.

While I disagree with you, I have literally zero problem with this opinion. Just drives me crazy when ppl think weed is the devil but booze are ight.

Ok I'm a bama guy, and I realize that some may say I'm a little biased, but this is ridiculous. This is what the cops are doing? No telling how long it took to get all the stuff they need to arrest this many people. I could see doing all this if it were serious drugs being moved, or even a major weed business going on. These are just kids buying and selling really small amounts of weed for themselves/friends. I wonder how much money that these people spent investigating all of this.

The law is the law, I am personally glad these people were arrested.

    No jaywalking in AL

Edit: If I am not mistaken, that is correct I believe.

Pay what price exactly? A disproportionate amount of tax dollars to ruin the lives of a bunch of kids that didn't do anything 99% of the rest of college students didn't do? Why does something like this have priority? Are they going to bust everyone for underage drinking next too? I mean, that's against the law, right? Lets get these law breakers IMO. Right? Right comrades? Drinking in college at age 20? Can we PLEASE do something about these criminals. Hopefully we can ruin their chacne at getting a good job right out of college too. Merica IMO!

    This

Sure you can trace adolescent physical, mental, and even sexual abuse to 75+% of inmates. Sure something traumatizing like that molds a mans mind and makes him what he is. But nah, everyone with a fancy degree is wrong. Weed is the reason. That's the reason they all went crazy. Weed. Not the effects a lifetime of abuse. If only some police department could get to these kids at 19-22. If only they could arrest them. Hopefully some department takes notice.

    LOLOLOL

It's the WEED mannnn, destroying our communities. Not poor parenting and neighbors, not poor support systems for young people, not poor schools, not bad personal decisions, it's gotta be the weed that's bringing our communities down.

Alcohol has never destroyed lives though, right? And weed is a gateway drug? I also assume you think gay people will give you aids by shaking their hands and immigrants tuk yur jubbbbbs.

GTFO of here with this 80s/early 90s anti-drug propaganda bs.

I got arrested over the summer for smoking pot outside citi field. 4 queens cops took 3 pot heads to jail, the entire time I was thinking..... Really? This is what cops in a NYC borough are focusing on? People smoking a joint outside a Yankees-mets game.

    Pretty deep, I know.

Price in this case = Going to jail for a breaking the law. Not a difficult concept here.

Hell no, I am Military they use to have a program where military would come into schools and give the military's stance on drugs. I do not think real Law Enforcement would be my cup of tea.

I agree. Bust the people for breaking the law. BTW it looks like a lot of them were selling weed. T-Town (T stands for Thugs btw) cops obviously have had enough and I applaud them.
