I prefer those who break the law to pay the price, to each his own though.

I prefer revolt to tyrannical laws. Like 1776

The fact that you compared laws making marijuana illegal to what the colonists faced will make me laugh for the rest of the day

I agree. Bust the people for breaking the law. BTW it looks like a lot of them were selling weed. T-Town (T stands for Thugs btw) cops obviously have had enough and I applaud them.

Ok we get it. You don't like Tuscaloosa. I think you might not be the only Auburn fan who has that opinion.

I just agree with the TPD doing their job. The job is to enforce the law that the country and state passes. Those guys broke the law. The TPD enforce the law. Apparently there are just more law breakers in Tuscaloosa than most other places...

Price in this case = Going to jail for a breaking the law. Not a difficult concept here.

I just think, given some of the other issues in Tuscaloosa, spending tax payer money on a multi-month undercover sting to nab some frat boys a tad frivolous.

Let's focus on the meth problems before pot IMO. I remember a house across the street from my apartment in TTown got busted like 3 times in one year for it. I'm talking like 20 squad cars in the front lawn.

Wow you are a freaking genius. I had no idea that cops were supposed to enforce the law. I also had no idea that weed was illegal. lol. Dude that aint the issue. You are completely missing the point.

Cops are doing their job... Cleaning up a town with obvious rampant drug selling problems.

Dude you got your head in the sand. You think people don't smoke weed at Auburn? You could arrest this many people at virtually every college town in America, and it still wouldn't stop people from doing it.

Sure there are a few thugs selling dope in Auburn. I don't think we've ever had a bust that large there though. The APD busts dope dealers also but must not know that many like TPD does.

'Cause y'all didn't waste money and time on a sting operation to catch a bunch of college kids.

Probably because the APD doesn't spend as much time and money as the TPD did. Which, by the way, is the main issue.

Kingpins. lol. Your bias is blinding you from the truth. I think they found 26 grams of weed in one of those frat houses. I don't know if you know what that means or not, but that is not that much.

That's 2 grams shy of a felony... Looks like they busted most of the people on selling and not just pos. That's a felony if I'm not mistaken.

Ok, but you said "Kingpins". These are kids who are buying and selling weed to their friends. Do you think those frat guys are hurting for money bad enough that they have to sell drugs? No dude, this is small time kid stuff.

Don't know what you've done in your life but I don't commit felonies on a daily basis. Committing felonies seems like a pretty big deal IMO.
