Actually you got 2 and a half, one of yours was a split title. But doesn't really matter. Our dynasty is just beginning where yours ended. This was our rebuilding year with only a handful of seniors.

I have ZERO problem admitting that Nebraska is mediocre at this time. I have ZERO problem admitting Alabama is the absolute top of the hill right now. And I have ZERO problem acknowledging this stretch as a legitimate dynasty of college football. But saying yours began when ours ended is absurd. Even suffering through Bill Callahan -- an embarrassing 27-22 at Nebraska and our first losing season since 1961 -- our program has won more games since our dynasty ended than since when yours began. Your words. Not mine. Oh, and you can add in the 21 vacated wins too and Alabama still comes up short.
Full Disclosure: I know this was an over-reaction of a post but Whiskey does that to a guy.

Congrats.
Agree with the Nebraska fan though. They at least have a real argument of who has the better dynasty. Only one way to shut them up... Do it again next year. You guys have a great chance at doing it. Biggest thing you are going to have to overcome is some of the OL leaving. That hasn't stopped them before though.

Damn im tired of seeing Neb fans littering up the interwebz with how great they "used" to be. From surfing CFB sites from here to Rivals, instead of seeing a discussion on the CFB season that just ended and whether or not Alabama is a current dynasty, what do I get? A bunch of 'Skers talking about the good ol days. Its like they are trained robots regurgitating the same scores and stats from 20 years ago. Newsflash: NOBODY GIVES A DAMN ABOUT NEB.
Alabama's run doesn't appear to be over yet. Re-visit this discussion once it is complete. At that time, I might be interested in listening to Neb fans and their endless supply of 20 year old stats.
