I respect the guy for factoring in major to the decision but it's freakin criminal Justice not aerospace engineering.

FSU is annually top-10 criminal justice program just as an FYI.

It's not just "Oh FSU has the major and Mich doesn't"

It's "FSU is elite in that major and Mich doesn't have it at all."

Fair enough. I think the major makes a difference with EJ, no matter how you spin it.

  • If you really want to get into law enforcement a CJ degree isn't always the way to go. Actually it's somewhat limiting at times, and it's one of the more common degrees in the country. A UM degree in sociology or psychology would get him just as far, and into just about any masters program he wants.

Personally I have a good feeling for UM.

    1. UM had the last visit, and he raved about the coaching staff, especially Mattison.
    2. Why would he move up his decision date so much, if he was going to commit to FSU? They have told him he's their top priority at LB, no reason to rush, the class has plenty of room.

  • Ej = Primadonna LB. Not sure what that means on the field long term but if you look at some of his statements. I would bet he transfers at least ONCE if he doesnt see the field quickly and get the respect he or his father think he deserve.

You are a tool. The Levenberry family as a whole is a class act. Met them when they were in Ann Arbor, very nice people. You should probably have some insight before you go posting completely idiotic things.

Look at his fathers quotes. He cut Maryland for not contacting his son during a dead period with a new coaching staff because he was disrespected.
He cut Alabama for a same reason with a similar quote.
It all screams of wanting attention and RESPECT (whatever that means). I love when fans get butt hurt especially those who don't live in an area where a recruit is from and have no real insight other than what someone who also lives in Michigan tells them about a kid from Maryland/DC/NOVA

I never said they were not nice people TOOL.

so what if they cut those teams... you sound more bitter for him cutting UMD... get over it... BTW FSU coaches lost contact with him during the dead period but guess what they are in the top 2.... so maybe it was more of the fact that those teams just wasn't what he was looking for...

Sorry butt sore guy. I am just basing it off what his father said that He and EJ felt disrespected because not enough attention was paid to his son so they were eliminating schools for that reason.

Agreed. Sounds like some UMD butthurt to me. Even if he picks FSU, I wish him nothing but the best, he sure seemed like a really good kid.

Just because you live near an area, doesn't mean you know anything about a particular family or kid. So just go ahead and keep making crap up based on quotes in recruiting articles, that everyone in the country can read, then claim you know better because of where you live. no

sore butt... how so, FSU is in the finals, you seem more sore than anyone else... again FSU lost contact with him just like Maryland.. but yet he still favored us for some reason..

and does it really bother you that bad.. I mean you are acting as if he just killed your family member... oh no he said UMD disrespected him... blah blah blah...

You need to stay updated. FSU's starting LBers this will be

    6'2 245 6'3 220 6'4 245

    and backing up 6'3 220 will be 6'1 245

Oh ok well i see their getting bigger now thats great. But most NFL people and stuff when they think of FSU LBs is Derick Brooke types. But its changing and thats cool i didnt know that. i dont go to FSU roster alot.

    What?

Levenberry is a great athlete for his size. He's not being recruited for MLB for Michigan, and I doubt he is at FSU either. Going sideline to sideline is one of his stronger traits.

Well Me personally am a Speed guy i love Speed OLB and i dont know what EJ 40 time is i am guess 4.6 recruits sites have is been generous. when i see a recruits time,i take .09 out of the 40 time to get their real 40. So if its 4.5, i say its really like 4.62 or so.

confused if you're good enough you can get to the league at any school. What if he's like most college kids and done playing after he graduates? Might want that diploma from a prestigious school, ya dig?

At first I questioned, who, if anyone would rank UNDERGRAD criminal justice programs. I looked online and apparently some people do, but.....contrary to your belief..... FSU doesn't factor in there.

He would be much better off going to Maryland than FSU, if the criminal justice program was a big consideration.
