Nah I remember the thread well, Michigan fans get pissy at a lot of things it's not anything new. I hadn't been counting on Levenberry, nor expecting on him for a while now. Sucks because he's a good player, but SAM isn't a position of need for us so I'm not jumping off any bridges.

I disagree we weren't ever really in it though, Levenberry named us his leader at one point. As soon as FSU targeted him fully though, we were done I agree.

Danny McMillian named FSU is leader, then committed to the arch rival Gators a few weeks later and now a few months later he won't even visit a campus that is 2 hours away

IIRC there was a time FSU wasn't recruiting Levenberry very hard, if that had continued Michigan had a chance.

When FSU went all in, Michigan chances vanished.

And I agree being named a leader essentially means nothing take Jo Mathis for example Michigan has 0 shot.

Just saying Michigan had a chance at some point if things had stayed the way they were heading. Saying otherwise is just being blind to the truth.

We were always all in from what I could tell, if we did so called back off it was cause we thought he was already wrapped up

Then you came into the picture and we said " well fugg that " got the one week visit, locked him up.... sent him to your spring game to tell your coaches " you lose "

If you really wanna hold pride into saying we sorta had a chance from a tuesday in mid-march till a week later or whatever then cool, just sounds ridiculous to me
