If you really wanna hold pride into saying we sorta had a chance from a tuesday in mid-march till a week later or whatever then cool, just sounds ridiculous to me

I don't take pride in it at all. Finishing 2nd for a prospect you want is always a loss (except for Pryor), just calling the recruitment as I see it.
I'm happy Michigan had contingency plans, and wasn't relying on Levenberry, although I would have loved to see him in the Maize N' Blue.
Kid handled everything with class and went with his heart, can't fault him for that. Hopefully he does well at FSU.

I don't question his recruitment a bit. Michigan has got six spots left and plenty of targets.

A Michigan degree in just about anything is going to be worth more than a CJ degree from Florida St. I guarantee you the academic support staff told EJ and his parents about what kind of program to take if he wants to go into law enforcement, such as sociology.
Hell he could get a general studies bachelors from UM and end up as a CJ grad from FSU's boss.
