Maybe you California people need to condition better.

Maybe you need to hit a textbook. It's not conditioning.

This is definitely the strongest year for QBs since '09 when Barkley, Murray, Gilbert, etc.came out.

No, Barkley, Murray and Gilbert were all more talented than anyone in this class.

    Pic Sigs are for losers.

    Gilbert? Not sure if serious.

I said this is the strongest year SINCE '09. Reading comprehension.

So short sighted of some of you. Just because you know now what Gilbert has become does not mean he was not more talented coming out of HS.

and yea this is the best class since 09 but still nothing to write home about.

    Pic Sigs are for losers.

And tell me how Gilbert is more talented than Browne, Hack, Morris?

    Not short sighted at all.

Max Browne is honestly one of the most polished QB's to come out in a long time. Honestly he might be the most polished to come out since Jimmy Clausen in terms of his refinement and readiness to play. Physically he has to get bigger and bulk up and work on arm strength, but everything else he is very advanced at. He's also got good height at 6'5+. I'd say he's definitely a bit more advanced as a QB than Gilbert at the same stage.

If you want to talk pure talent, Morris blows Gilbert out of the water. Not even close. Morris has as strong an arm as you will see out of a high school QB short of Ryan Mallett. His arm strength is elite and he is a very good athlete with great feet and good foot speed. Lots of QB's that have big arms have slow foot-speed or can't move worth a lick. Morris doesn't have either of those problems. Morris has good size as well at 6'3, 190ish, should wind up playing at 215+ in college.

No the fact that some thought Gilbert was a joke was short sighted.

Gilbert was supremely talented and more highly touted in HS than pretty much all of the QB's in this class.

I'm not saying Gilbert was a joke, but I fail to see how he was a better prospect than Browne or Morris now.
