  • Squats is so mad. Dilfer seems like he will be a really good OC soon.

    They aren't even taking dual threat skills into account and they still think Jameis is the the man.

  • I can speak for the vast majority and say Bama fans are not mad. We will be fine with Sims and/or Aj Mc for the next 3-4 years. Congrats on the get.

    I can say this, f$u is really upset about losing Eddie Williams, Chris Black, and eventually Amari Cooper..

    High school stats, joke. I am watching the game and he is throw pin point down field passes, fade passes, and breaking tackles for TDs. He will be fine when he gets Jimbo coaching him.

  • I'd even like to take this opp to give the bama fans their due. They congratulated and showed they meant it by not bringing Jameis back up for the most part. If I see five Winston flames in a week four are by Squats. I just don't understand why he is so angry.

    Most of them do. Most of the state of Alabama is UA fans. That is more people that are alive with a degree from the school. Therefore the majority of the majority of the AL fanbase would be Jr High drop outs and will believe in anything.

    I would gladly trade FSU 1 five star and 2 four's for 2 five's and a four star. Most Bama fans are not upset or mad in any way about FSU getting Winston. Who wouldn't want to sign the top prospect/QB in their state; however, Bama is doing pretty well at the position with 2 four stars and another four star that could play if asked in Blake Sims.

    FSU has nobody behind EJ Manuel but 3 three stars. If Winston does stick with football, he stands a much better chance getting on the field quicker at FSU than Bama.

    To answer the OP, Bama may close with: Cooper, Dixon, Jenkins, McCullers, Alexander, Hill, Bush, Collins (tough pull, but could happen).

    Bama wanted Winston, Saban sh*t the bed with that situation and also FSU baseball program is superior in every way right now to bama. That certainly didn't hurt in his recruitment.

    I hope he takes the MLB route and eases the pain of that loss.

    We'll get our next stud in '13 cycle.

    You know a poster isn't worth a damn and dumb as hell if they think every #1 QB prospect is better than any other position or player in the country. Bama doesn't need a QB since there are two (freshman and sophomore) very good QB's fighting for the position.

    Bama's need for DB's far outweighs a need for a QB. Bama loses it's 1st team all american safety in Barron and could possibly lose it's 2nd team all american Lester and 1st round draft pick Kirkpatrick if they choose to leave early.

    Would I like to have a five star QB from our backyard...of course!!! who wouldn't? But is it a necessity? no way. Bama is in better shape at the position than FSU.

    Did I say three star QBs have no value? no, but I don't see a Sam Bradford or Colt McCoy on your team either.
