    Happened to me yesterday. Had to take the dog to the vet. and drop some movies off at the video store. So I pulled up to the front of the video store went in real quick to drop the movies off and when I went back to the car the doors were locked. Here is a picture of him just chillin in the front seat. Gotta love dogs!

    I still go to Blockbuster.

    Call me crazy, but I actually like going to Blockbuster and renting movies that I can watch on my big TV instead of my computer.

    I'm old fashioned though for my age (32). I don't have the game systems where you can get all this stuff on XBox or whatever. I haven't had a gaming system since Sega Genesis. No BS

  • I can one up that one. About 3 years ago my dog locked me out of my house. I went out the sliding glass door and there is a piece of PVC pipe that I would place in the track to look the door. When I went out I leaned the piece of pipe up. I was just grabbing something out of the tool shed really quickly and she walks by and bumps into the pipe and it falls in the track so I'm locked out. I come back to open the door and it was locked and she is on the coach lounging.

    The worst part was it was December and I was in shorts and a t-shirt because I was working around the house. I waited outside for like three hours for my wife to come back home from shopping and let me in because my phone was inside. I could have gone to the neighbors and asked to borrow the phone but my wife was supposed to be home any minute and I didn't want to show up at their door and say "hey I'm an idiot and my dog locked me out of the house, can I borrow your phone?".

    For some reason, you being a vet makes it that much better. Not that it makes you any less susceptible to having a dog do that to you, but it is still a good little side note to one of these stories lol.

  • My first German Shepard locked me out of the car on the way to his obedience training class. I had stopped to get gas and he, being the energetic puppy that he was, managed to lock the doors by running back and forth over the front seats and the center console. I was in the middle of nowhere with my purse and phone locked in the car. I had to run from side to side for at least 15 minutes to get him to hit the button again. I know that I looked like a complete idiot but it taught me a valuable lesson......I never leave the keys in the ignition when I get out of the car.
